  1. I'm here to answer some of the questions people might have, I've been drinking and smoking consistently for the past 5-6 years Wow. You've never done drugs, yet you honestly think this? There are such a wide variety of drugs, if you actually know anyone who has had their life ruined, then they were doing more than the norm Yes, actually. In fact, of all the mainstream drugs that most teenagers use (e.g. alcohol, tobacco, weed, LSD, shrooms, ecstasy, caffeine), the only ones which are addicting are the ones that ARE legal. None of the illegal drugs listed above are physically addicting(i.e. they have some kind of addictive property in them) Definitely This is a bit of a personal issue for me. I would actually completely disagree with that statement. Teenagers get wasted because of the way it feels (awesome). I would consider people who just drink a little bit to be the bad people, because thats a sign if alcohol addiction (not drinking for the affects , but rather because they want to) Weed is not a waste of money. It gets you in to a great mood and is a great pain reliever. There are actually people who get weed from the govt medicinally. However, I began cigarettes as an enhancer for weed. It gets you into an even more ecstatic state Um, no. Dropping a brick on your head will get you the same affects as a hang over, something which older people and less experienced alcohol users experience the next morning. Weed isn't about seeing colors and flying unicorns, unfortunately :(. Thats more of an LSD thing For the record, your previous statement made your opinion completely null I lived in Italy for a few years of my life, and my dad would frequently take me to the bar when I was 8-10, then when I was in my teens and in America, I had a much better understanding and was ready to get completely hammered Thats an early sign of alcoholism, drinking to escape your problems Uh... that could be interpreted as attempted murder, and absinthe isn't illegal in the UK That, combined with everything you just said , makes me ashamed to be apart of the same social culture as yourself He probably isn't a big fan of beer, neither am I. When someone comes up to me and is like " Yo dude! you wanna get a keg this weekend? " and then I tell them that I'm not much of a beer drinker, they look at me disgusted. Usually when i go to a party, I bring a flask full of some hard liquor and make it my limit. I just don't like the taste of beer :? I would much rather be drinking some vodka at the dinner table than beer , for some reason my taste buds don't react to liquor like it does for most people Oh, and for anyone who still dislikes weed, theres always a vaporizer
  2. Does anyone know much about this movie? From the trailer, it looks to be a movie about the 60s with the beatles doing the soundtrack
  3. JVC .. eh.. wouldn't touch it personally. good HD tvs = Sony Panasonic LG Gateway (no Tv's but monitors i think) Samsung I've decided on either this - http://www.buy.com/prod/samsung-hl-t617 ... 87679.html or this..http://www.buy.com/retail/Product.asp?sku=202787485&adid=17737&SearchEngine=Guidester&Type=DF&Keyword=202787485&Category=Elec&GSID=34847630&GSESID=vg4wco452lfefk45mh2xpu55&GSCID=2 It's for my bedroom, and some people say that a TV that large for a room that small will make it really bad :s
  4. http://www.buy.com/prod/jvc-hd-52z575-5 ... 47165.html It's a 52" TV for only 800, which makes me a little skeptical :? does anyone know about this LCoS technology? I'm afraid that it might be sloppy quality
  5. Yea, I was looking into a Jetta GLS V6 but apparently they arent too reliable
  6. Ok, I am finally deciding to get a car of my own instead of using my parents I have a budget of about $6,000, but I can go over a little if its good enough I am looking for the following things in a car- decent amount of room decent gas milage doesnt look like a blind monkey with down syndrome designed it I'm looking towards a sedan, but don't know which kind I should get  Thanks :D
  7. Ok, I'll just lay it down 1. LSD flash backs don't just randomly occur. Every flash back I've had was when I was doing drugs. And it was just like a little segment of a normal trip. The main argument against LSD is that it can lead to schizophrenia ,which I must agree upon. I spent 94 days in a rehab clinic because I was going schizophrenic and was addicted to the wrong kinds of drugs (not these soft ones that are being discussed). That was when I was 16. Now I'm 21, an avid tripper and a frequent marijuana user and my life has never been better 2. Marijuana isn't addicting, unless you're an idiot and in that case you shouldn't be using it. Marijuana isn't physically addicting, meaning that there are no addictive properties in it (such as tobacco and nicotine). This makes it very difficult to get addicted to the drug itself. However, it can be mentally addicting. This means that you aren't addicted to the drug, but rather the experience.
  8. Hey kids, marijuana isn't addictive
  9. Yea, I'm really nervous about meeting them  won't know what to say And when did Bob Dylan go on tour?
  10. I recently won tickets to Ratdog. For those not familiar with him, it is basically the Grateful Dead with out Jerry Garcia :P And included in the package are meet & greet passes  This will be my first meet & greet with a band this well known and I'm really nervous and might bring one of my Grateful Dead shirts for them to sign. I'm scared that its gonna be really awkward though and if they might think of me as weird if I asked them to sign my shirt
  11. I doubt that any console will EVER be able to match these results, or even come close No company has even come within 50 million of these sales, the closest being 50 million consoles behind, nearly 20 years ago. I doubt that the PS3 or 360 will sell over 20 million
  12. That was all of Ohio? I thought only where I live Yay Ohioans  . No smoke  . (yes, I live in Ohio o_O. Huzzah! and whatnot.) Where? =D>
  13. Do you really think that it is because people will lose jobs? lmao. Not that many in the U.S. are employed by tobacco companies  It is because of how much money the govt makes off of the taxes on alcohol and tobacco, also because of a lot of politicians smoke and drink ;)
