Ye Olde Hegemony
The Danes conquered a big piece of England and made it into one of the time's biggest cities while plundering, imagine the outcome of the war. Also Retech, when are they bringing in the berserkers and húscarls?

Yeah, cuz vikings give up... Remember the old town Jorvik, or York as it is called now? That was just what they got from plundering, guess how this war wil end.

And I want a girlfriend. Look, even though we technically have good chances of getting there it is unlikely it'll happen soon.

You say that as if you ahve experienced the medieval hegemony before. But you haven't. Big rush = big fall, just look at Dungeoneering.

That's what I'm trying to by getting their trust in me as a leader. Dusty, he started out a champion and captured the kings brother, when the brother assassinated the king he tried to help the brother get the people's trust. The brother misunderstood and banished him. El Cid continued doing things that were good for Spain and after a lot of work he was the ruler of large parts of it.

If it was recently then I guess SGU? You should see it from the beggining, start with the StarGate movie from 1994 and proceed with SG-1. By just watching a episode you don't really get the story behind it and it seems boring (been there and I've got a friend who thought it boring less than half a year ago, needless to say, he has now seen every single episode of all three series). Once you learn the story and see the ork put into it you start enjoying it more.

Lolwut. Curious if you can provide me with any example where a vassal state was given control over its master's territory? Ever heard the story of El Cid Campeador?

Because the medieval one is like caffeine and this one is like life. In the medieval one it starts with a rush, but eventually it will die off. Here it starts slowly, each day is tedious, but it builds up momentum and suddenly the fun begins.

Some of us have actually been longing to play this since hegemony V2 ended.

Ok, I used 10,000 peasants, that's 1,000,000, so 9,000,000 left. Arbalestiers: 7,000 * 700 = 4,900,000. Pikemen: 4,200 * 500 = 2,100,000. Men at Arms: 5,000 * 400 = 2,000,000. That's 10,000,000 total.

There's no way to make a system that isn't abusable, because excel won't allow sircular calculations(?).

My nobles should actually donate to infra every once in a while because they are gouvernors. Since who wouldn't like their cities to look better?

My excel sheet has population increased by ~2% each year, giving me a ~2% raise in budget, is that what you call instant overpopulation? Edel, I started with known economical facts about Norwegians (avg. income and avg. tax), then I did other incomes in a way that made my GDP exactly what Norway's GDP is.
