Hegemony Mk 6
Sometimes the better design can be judged through examination and comparing with known facts. Say Rocco made a square tank and Dusty a tetrahedral (triangular pyramid), Dusty's would be better because bullets bounce of sloped faces.

I assume you're thinking of the ancient Egyptian faith? Egypt during the time was predominately Muslim. -- And wtf. You just said you embraced a Christian religion, and then in the next post said you were sending troops to help defend Muslims against Christians. Make up your damn mind man. Read the edit!

Why? Eden is close to the Egyptian faith, which should be more accepted seeing how I'm related to Egypt. EDIT: Wait, I was thinking of Orlog Anstada. The Zeirids accept the religion of Orlog Anstada.

Icu didn't get any gifts, I, Ross and Sere decided to merge with him because it was calculated to boost our IAGs more than just giving one guy all the cash. Rocco, all you got was a shiny katana, too bad the rest of us actually prefered our uglier guns as they were still stronger (talking in pictures here), no matter how much you boast, you still need some muscle to back it up to be viable.

Edel, I much liked the way I did it, it made everything simpler. Norway propouses union to Iceland, Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Greenland. (Note that this will still not make me any bigger than the US except for that huge frozen wasteland that is within the polar circle, also known as Greenland.) Current progress indicates that Denmark, Sweden and Greenland will join in two years, and Iceland and Finland in three-four.

Edel, this is hegemony the way Fasttortoise created it, the original hegemony. That said I choose Norway, low population and high income equals great potential for expansion. Now to generate my GDP calculator the way I had it before... [spoiler='Ah, my first income sheet of the version]Population: 4 887 800,00 Avg. Wait, did we just move to Shatterglass? Also there's a boar in Falador, it might be tame as it just passed right by me, but don't take any unnecessary chances.

It's a REALLY big shaft. No natural formations are allowed? Oh, and research begins on winches, better ropes and pulleys.

Hegemony Argument Thread
The reason most research is military is because of you and Dusty, because we don't want to be sitting ducks. And punching numbers won't be the game, only a way to keep the budget but allow for players to be an active part of it as well as add things themselves. Also that is not based on anything as you never took part in Planeteering.
-
Hegemony Argument Thread
No, that's just what you and Dusty like to do, the rest of us actually want a game, not a war. Anyways you got to pay those soldiers with something, or those scientists in the beggining where you have to fight global warming.

A vast team of miners (100,000) begin digging a shaft at the most suitable place they can find. A team of explorers begin searching for a new sinkhole.

People don't like the idea of living in caves, I'm sure people from old times would kill to avoid living in skyscrapers. Anyways, need I remind you that for millenia man used to live in caves, who said returning would be impossible... That or I could just send all people suffering from dwarfism down there. Rocco, keep in mind that so far it is only a gaping hole with a lot of inversed pimples where some people climbed down, it will need a lot of work, like scaffolding, ornation, furnishing, fungi aggriculture, shafts, etc. Also mountains don't just suddenly appear, sinkoles do (just ask that dog who recently had his entire family, and even their house dissapear into the ground in Canada).
