Not stamina either, are you above avarage muscular?

Haven & Hearth Thread
You should move to Worlds End, I'm almost completely settled in after just an hour of work on my lot.

What I meant was; aproximately how fit are you? Seeing how both I and Rocco get it (both of are physically fit) while Grim don't while he (being 8cm taller than me, but just 1kg heavier (thus he's a little underweight)) kind of proves my theory. Earth has also previously stated that he (for good reasons) isn't fit. If you are physically fit then this is confirmed, if not it is plausible (yes, I will provide a mythbusters plague).

I said physique, not specs.

Weight does not matter, since most that are above avarage in weight does not have much of what I called "functional body mass". Also 1.70 m, 55kg. Also I just want to say, about me in the graduation yearbook both my abs and my intelect were mentioned, that's a rare feat. EDIT: And your physiques?
-
The Back Room
We've noticed. I think it might be related to the amount of functional body mass, though that'd most likely be wrong if anyone but I and Rocco experience it, and possibly Grim, Dusty and Sere depending on their physique.

With me it's just like a white foggy blur, sometimes with random specks of light. Hah, I have just made my sleeping schedule way more efficiant! Instant REM, here I come! (03:40 and I'm not even tired!)

Actually chairs are fine, sofas I think impede the bloodflow to my legs, that together with the change of altitude from my feet to my head causes a moment of low blood pressure which causes dizzynes.

Star Trek is not really my thing, I have watched some episodes and if there's nothing else on TV I'd watch it... unless I'm already sitting with my laptop in which case I'll just ignore it. Rising up makes me dizzy.

Ye Olde Hegemony
If you by solid mean a 1cm sheet of metal aproximately 2*1.5 meters with 6 25cm spikes, then yes. If not then yes, only steel.

Will you please answer, Retech. If you don't know; mantlets are part walls, part shields. It's an Incan defensive siege unit.
-
Ye Olde Hegemony
How much would scale armoured pikemen and spiked steel mantlets cost?
-
Ye Olde Hegemony
Anyways, a bolt through the chest of the siege engineers would render their cannons useless. Rocco, wearing scale mail stops arrows, and they would have to breach a phalanx wall to get to the arbalestiers which their arrows can't hurt enough. I'll try to explain it for you: -Mongol raiding force- -spiked mantlets-spiked mantlets- -Scale Armoured Pikemen- -Scale Armoured Arbalestiers- Look, both sides shoot, mongols begin dying. Mongols charge, they impale themselves. Mongols retreat, they can't get far enough away before most are shoot down by arbalestiers.

Ye Olde Hegemony
The mongols focus on ranged artillery, which means that we can easiley beat them at 100:1 with a simple strategy. Arrows are pierce weapons, which means scale armour would do the best job (as well as being the cheapest kind) their horses are not plated which means pikes will work perfectly, then to avoid trampling a phalanx formation with spiked steel mantlets would save thousands of lives. Also they should use lamellar armour, this is just a crude scale armour with no padded backing, normal arrows should easily penetrate or bypas the scales. When's the fourth budget? And how much would scale armoured pikemen with a spiked steel mantlet per fifth man cost?

I'm currently taking offers for my protection from the mongol raiders, highest bidder wins!

So you just annexed Canada, changing nothing.
-
Ye Olde Hegemony
My total value is in the area of 29 mill minus a castle's cost.
-
Ye Olde Hegemony
Well, 13,000 of them ar arbalestiers, worth 700 each.
-
Ye Olde Hegemony
I've got 23,200 soldiers.
-
Ye Olde Hegemony
The only troops you've ever mentioned were the 10,000 peasants you sent off to die in Spain. Nope, I've been using my budgets to buy troops each year, mostly arbalestiers.

You might not have been so lucky hadn't Retech stopped answering to my propose to aid them in their conquest.
