  1. Two more and we can start the clan. It would probably be a good idea to set a time at which we do the signing since all five founders have to be inside the clan camp when the charter is returned.
  2. I second that suguestion. Who's up for making a Tavern clan?
  3. I've actually got someone to vouch for my skills at doing psychological diagnoses remotely.
  4. Icu is right you know, you have some major symptoms.
  5. I'm saying most if not all of her problems have a physical manifestation. And she has in no way an inferior intelligence compared even to the avarage of the tavern. While it is true that people are not all equal that is not based on random selection as you seem to imply. The importance of a person would most logically be determined by how their actions shape the future, however since that is only possible to determine in theory the way it should be done is by determine how nice, helpful and honest a person is, and by that standard your insistance that she is inferior to you actually makes you inferior to her. Archi, you may not have forced it but your behaviour encouraged it.
  6. AKA, superiority issue. Lynx is not inferior to anyone here, she may have a lot of issues but unlike the rest of us, they're at least not in her head. Got LoL already.
  7. Res, she's just being honest, you'd have problems finding someone who feels less superior and important than her. I don't believe I am superior (nor do I now try to imply that it is a fact), I just piss off easily. Three of the things that piss me of the most are people who act important when they aren't (Res), people who falsely correct me on my primary topics of knowledge (Archi) and people who strike at or deny my mentality (in this one case; Archi).
  8. You were continously insulting me by insisting I was saying something else than I was, even after I had corrected you at least five times. While that was my fifth time being corrected for what those deleting the posts called flaming, it was not by far something deserving a ban. Something I have noted is that not only have those deleting my posts aparently been incapable of considdering the situation in which they were made and what they were in responce to. Also, what I have noticed is that none of the warnings I have recieved were made by individuals who have shown their face in the Tavern.
  9. 3 unused merits. I'll try not to delete it again this time.
  10. And finally my ban is over. As a note, flipping someone off is aparently unacceptable here, even when provoked.
  11. Again, welfare is a right, I am talking about giving someone the opportunity for something only they will get, at least at that time. And unless the not involves breaking a law, then no not is a reason for them not to be given the opportunity. Stop trying to make it look like it's a withdrawal of a right, exceptionality is not a right and is something you'd usually have to do a lot to deserve, I would however give anyone a shot at it at long has they hadn't done something to make them undeserving of it.
  12. There you go at it wrong again, there's a difference between a right and an opportunity for exceptionality.
  13. More like "That person mugged me, I won't lend him the last buck he needs for a lottery ticket."
  14. Not a morals, just the simple "Who has done something to not deserve it?"
  15. It wouldn't be a fine choice, those that have broken and not re-earned the trust of those it affects do not deserve it.
  16. If he was leader yes, but he only wanted freedom as a civilian.
  17. Archi, double morals is bad because it means you would not let someone else have a luxury you would given the opportunity take yourself. And double morals is the entire reason why compromise is necessary, else the decision would just start of as fair in the first place. I for example am without double morals, I would not prevent one who deserves an opportunity as much as myself from seizing it if I would have seized it myself given the chance. Icu, as Res said, he would have stricter policies as a leader than he would have chosen to have as a civilian.
  18. No, I'm trying to say that increasing the risk of crime for your own freedom is a selfish thing to do.
  19. Maybe, but would it not be equally beneficial when he was a citizen?
  20. That's called double morals, its a very bad although common trait. How could you possibly bring yourself to enforce confinement upon your people when you know they, like you, would prefer liberty?
  21. No, we're not, according to my result I'm among the 23% most extremist social democratic cosmopolitans.
  22. Resistance, if those viewpoints differ in your case then quite frankly you are a bad person.
  23. We need laws, but other than that people shouldn't have to worry about being watched.
  24. Then explain how we could all score within a few squares of eachother on the grid.
  25. Which translates to 18:30 to 02:30 GMT.
