No, what you do is that you set your computer to act as the server, the difference between a regular computer and a dedicated server is that the server has nothing unnecessary running in the background and that it often has better connection.

Yup, recently upgraded. I might be able to squeeze it up to 75 by disconecting my other computers and moving my computer downstairs to the router so I can cut of around 20m of cable but that's a little bit too much work for just a few Mb.
