If anyone knows how many runes It should take me to get the points for bones to peaches I'd really appreciate it, I know buying the tabs is just as good but its better in the long run. Plus I'm 99 mage and its the only spell I CAN'T do :x .

Well what level are you now? Anyways it seems like you have a pretty straight forward plan that should work in a decent amount of time (depending what you consider decent).

Alot of people don't know it but Cockatrices are good lvl 2 providers, easy kills and I swear I got 2-3 of them in less than 50 kills :thumbsup:

I never even heard about that... and people have always been hoping for a dragon crossbow. Yea I agree that rune crossbows are powerful enough as it is, but everything in the game is becoming more and more powerful. Who would've thought there'd be a more powerful weapon after the whip came out? Who would've thought dragon boots would come out? Times change and what else can Jagex do, stop creating weapons? There'd obviously be no support on making other weaker wepons, so yea... all they can do from here is just make STRONGER weapons. Eventually theres gonna be stronger and stronger armor/monsters, so what would we fight these things with?

Seriously whats with everyone thinking its gonna be a lvl 95 slayer monster? Even if its not from TT I doubt Jagex would waste a 95 slayer monster on just a dragon crossbow. Whips are 85 slayer and would probably still be better than a dragon crossbow, and dark bows would just as well be more powerful than dragon crossbows (not saying its better since the dark bow is slower and most people prefer speed over anything) But if they do come out I'd think its like when dragon boots came out and were common drops and replaced rune boots almost instantly, providing a huge supply into the game and players.

uhh yea you can? 3rd age comes from lvl 3s and is higher armor than rune and the trimmed versions, the crossbow could be a super rare item in that case. So yea you may be right.

Read my post above.. They can't do that; it'd ruin the flow of the treasure trail rewards. It wouldn't ruin the flow of lvl 3 clues, they wouldnt have to make a lvl 4 clue. Remember they added 3rd age with no problem even tho its powerful and rare.

Ok I guess I'm wrong there, but a lot of people are forgetting that metal drags aren't the only thing that have to drop new dragon items. In my opinion if any new dragon armor comes out it won't be from a metal drag (perhaps completly new boss like chaos elemental and kq?) I just think its ridiculous that something like an addy dragon would drop a weapon like the c bow that's gonna end up being a common item (like d boots easily overtaking rune boots), if and when an addy drag comes out it'll have to be something alot more rarer than a simple c bow

If you look at the rs forums it also says not to suggest organization for a bank (which is already coming out this month) just because it says on the suggestion forum to not suggest it doesn't mean they aren't working on it. And yea summoning took them a while to come out with but if you remember the release date difference between construction and hunter were about half a year (its been almost over half a year since summoning came out now) It might be real, if you look at the guys cape it sorta looks like the cape concept on the whole dragon plate pic on jagexs website (but thats a whole other thing)

Haha yea I don't really like that adamant dragon idea. People are thinking "ooo addy drags and rune drags!" just because the mith drag came out with full helm. Its all of those things, Its a suggestion that would be a good change in how to obtain a dragon item and its a speculation because of the black c bow I mentioned in the first post.

I really have no idea if anyone else has posted anything about the crossbow coming from TT before (if so please give a link), but when the new treasure trails where coming out and they told us about the black crossbow I thought they were hinting on maybe a dragon crossbow coming out with the clues as well. When they mentioned adamant canes it didn't exclude rune or black canes which could mean the same with the black/drag cbow. And Jagex has always dropped hints on us with the behind the scenes news. I remember they hinted on construction when they said they were gonna give us tele tabs and a place to sit! No one expected the skill and neither did I but then I remembered they hinted on it. (just giving an example that they drop hints alot) I still personally think the drag c bow/bolts will come out in treasure trails, someday. Let me know what you think.

Why does it gotta be an addy dragon? Most of the dragon drops don't really come from metal dragons alone. Bronze,iron and steel dragons all exclusively drop d legs/skirt and mith drags drop full helm. Thats only 3 items, have people forgotten that a d chain is dropped by kq and dusties? and that a d axe is dropped by dagganoth boss? I highly doubt that the next dragon item will by dropped by another level of metal dragon. As for the crossbow I personally thought it would come out with the new treasure trails (Jagex hinting on the black cross bow) I still think dragon bolts/crossbow will come out with treasure trails somewhere along the line. Like when they said adamant canes it say there wasn't gonna be black or rune (thats just my opinion on the cbow thing) Anyways.. I support since you really took your time explaining it and seems like a good idea :thumbsup:

Well first of all.. you should know that the wild isnt safe and you shouldnt have taken those items to begin with. Would you take all that stuff knowing theres pkers?? You still need to take the factors into consideration. Like... they attack with all 3 forms?? You shouldve taken a safe set-up like dhide to protect from mage attacks while using protect from range. Because by now you should know that revs attack from a distance and you really dont need melee gear. I just think you rant is a complaint that you weren't prepared for something you should've been

I doubt Jagex will fix the caves.. but I dont think that red chins will become entirely useless. Yea theres the whole "chaos tunnels" solution, and everyone wanting to use chins might have to accept that may be the best place from now on. And then there people saying hunter is ruined ruined ruined, its not like chins will ever reach 0gp? People will adapt like always and accept the fact that they have to settle for mummies or anything else in the chaos tunnels. Its still faster xp than normal and it'll probably be cheaper with chins lowering and the slower xp rates. Jagex didnt COMPLETLY ruin power training range or cash from hunter, its just been scaled down to a lower lvl making it slower but yet still faster than most range methods

Yea I really hated revs at first when they came out but if you think about it theyre better than pkers (if your trying to do something in wilderness w/out being bothered) Revs can be manipulated and escaped from easily by using nearby trees and just hiding behind them. But once a pker saw you and attacked you, either you had to kill em or get outta the wildy altogether. The only real rant I still have about them is that they can attack off-screen...and the range attack is ice based (plz give us those arrows jagex???)

I had dial up for ages, probably 5-6 years and just got broadband last month. But yea there really isnt much to do on dial up. The old graphics rs was good on dial up but idk how it is on the new one

Your probably better off making fires using rings of duelings. Tele to cw to bank and tele back to duel arena to just run north for quick and easy xp.

Yea itd probably be better using monkey madness course, ive heard alot of people say that the wildy course isnt as good anymore with constant revs patrolling the area.

Um seriously? Theres still people out there saying "NO PK NO PLAY" when its been over half a year? I dont think jagex cares much about those sayings since theres STILL people playing.
