How is it not hygenic? Are you one of those OCD people?

We seem to be arguing over which disease is more important - Did you know if you stopped the war in Iraq for a year you would have enough money to feed the whole world for 10 years. How about we quit spending money on the newest weapon to kill eac other with, and start spending money on cures for things like malaria and AIDS.

When I read that, and think about it. It's so true. But do we not also crave for pure satisfaction? Or to get somewhere? I sometimes play a game, because that's what I do, it's part of my routine. It's almost as natural as eating. :-k

Yes, the fact that everyone is going for 99 also effects the game in way's you don't see. And the fact that the game is becoming a game for 12 year olds also was a strong reason for quitting. One example is the luring rule. I need the net, I'm addicted to it. Whatever I'm doing it's fun. Does anyone have any wierd :-s reason's why they use the net or play games? But behave :wink:

That happens here in Aust, but it's usually the Wogs that use that ( Wog - Greek/Italian mainly anyone from Europe - In my eyes not an offensive term ) This usually happens when ' they ' are in groups - so 10 of them would start 2 people, and laugh and say stuff like " You Better walk away ". Pffft I'll rule the world one day, and I'll be paying my tax to make sure you have enough welfare to buy the crack you need to stop you from killing yourself. This is very true - i know of a guy that's so racist - he pretends to joke, but every 10 seconds it's like " F'ing Asians " and so on. But if you make one comment about either Australia or his beloved AFL ( Which isnt a race etc but our national sport ) - He'll fly off the hook.

My post also dissapeared. It was a valid point though. :-s People look way too much into things. Let's just say - that you shouldn't harrass fat people, instead you should help them lose weight, steal their weelchair and make them catch you before you return it. Help them help themselves!

Ah yes we can say " I play Games for fun " But that can't be the ONLY reason, and if it is, do you play a game even if it isn't fun. I know on many occasions i was still playing Runescape when it wasn't fun. :wall: It was horrible.

Uhmm what was that Snippet from Spongebob about? And to the guy that obviously loves games more than life with the " I hate people ... " Why do anything in life? Because you can achieve things that matter - raise kids, help out the needy and so on and so forth. Runescape is just pixels on a screen, if you die it has no consequences - IRL that does. Are you trying to argue about why people are alive? You really SHOULD stop playing games.

I can warm to this post. I remember when I first got the internet, in around 2001 or 2002 - Dial-Up was the only option, and chat sites were all the rage. Games weren't worth playing multiplayer even if you could. But wait - what about the Myan theory that the world will end 2012? That would really dampen our plans of advancement? But yes I agree, things will advance much, much more. But let us not forget, in the 1950's we thought that by 2010 we would have floating cars and such, why do we keep wanting to be that much more sophisticated, when some people don't even have enough to eat. We can always find a way to make a computer faster and smaller, phones small enough you could inhale and lose them. Why not invent food that can be made from adding water to a pill. Or an machine that makes water? I think we need to take a better look at the worlds problems rather than looking for an easier way to watch porn at school.

That's also EXACTLY another reason i used to play - LEVELS Getting a level is like earning $1000 for a days work - or something like that - it just feels so good, you can brag about it, and just puts you in a good mood. But that's also the reason i quit - i got 99 fletching, and it just killed the game for me, made it tedious and unbearable. Don't think i'll ever be able to go back. :|

I played Runescape because it was addictive - I Play GunZ now. Simply the best 8-) I used to skip school to Play Runescape - I could even go as far as to blame Ruenscape for my poor performance in School. :-# Escape from reality? - that's a bit scary that people need to do that.

I've never really sat down and thought about why I use the net alot or why I play games that offer no advancement to me in IRL but rather supress the ability for me to do well in School and Life. Why do you Play Games? Why do you use the net alot? ( if you do ) Why do you play Runescape? Simple really, start your post with a question that's linked and answer it well. I'm open to anything, apart from " I play games because the voices told me " Post away!

Racists/ Biggits ( however you spell it ) Facists - I'll persocute you, and snap your neck People who act immature at the wrong times Ignorant people People who class others Thieves and Con artists People Who are two-faced or act differently around certain people People who do not allow others to express their opinion ( as long as it's Valid and not f'ed up ) The list continues, but i'm starting to sound like a hermit that hates the world. DON'T USE TOOTHPASTE It burns your skin and just makes it dry you use Acne cream that cleans out the bacteria and oil, then moisturise to keep your skin hydrated and replace natural oil. Believe me i had BAD spots, Huge white ones, and sore red ones, and they bothed went away after i used this method \
