I think they should because any skill to lvl 99 takes a long time and alot of hard work but you would need to do your random events which should cut bots out of the prize of a skill cape...

i hate beggers when ever i fish in barb village there r always noobs asking for food to go pk... if u want to pk go buy ur food or go fish it like every1 else than pkes does. So yes i hate beggers

thats good to see 8000 macros getting banned a week but the stupid people who macro just make another file and start again. but a good job to JagEx and like Halo_2_4_U said "If that many macro accounts can make it past 60 WC, Jagex doesn't seem to be stepping up to the plate very well." i agree they could step it up a bit because i am sick of trying to cut yews when r like 20 macros chopping and u get none :evil:

it would probley be a bad thing because when ever a mod is around every1 acts good and every says "wow a mod" which would get annoying when people say that to you all day. But probley good because u have a little more power over other poeple.
