I prefer the gorillaz one too... C&C.. The first looks pretty good, but the text doesn't quite work, and just diverts your eyes away from the render. not too keen on the border, too. The render also looks a little over contrasted? I think. As I said, I prfer the gorillaz one, but the colours are a bit... muddy? lol I explain very badly I know.. but it seems to me that it would look better with brighter colours. And also it looks like you've put a posterizing/cutout effect filter on it. good work though, but I'd stray away from text atm unless you think it really works with the sig. ;)

ehh.. haven't opened up PS in whats seemed like years.. so I was a little rusty, but I had so much fun making it: don't ask about the name XD edit: black and white:

I use a Kodak Easyshare Z915 and I love it. 10x zoom, 10megapixel, image stabilising (so you can get sport shots easier and it reduces camera shake. There is a sports mode, too). On Manual you can change the exposure length (from 1/1000th of a second to 16 seconds), f-stop (3.5 to 8.3), ISO (100 to 1600) and you can also add brightness/contrast. It also has great video, better than our family camcorder and you can also zoom in whilst filming which I found isn't possible with alot of the cameras I found when I was shopping for one. Battery power has seemed fine to me so far, don't know how long it lasts, but definitely long enough for me, and I also love how it looks :P. But ofcourse, it's all up to you. Make sure you check out reviews on every website you find :) and if you take photography check with your teacher to see what he/she thinks.

So, what should I do with it? Sensible answers please. i wouldn't mind using the money to make more. Should I get a skill up using some of the money? maybe invest it? (if so tell me what) etc. My stats:

Got the stock, added adjustments and gradient maps and all that, applied a self-made texture, added clipping masks and re-arranged the render, completely desaturated sections, added some splatters in, sponged some background lights to brighten them and added text into the middle-ground. Thanks for the comments. I kinda rushed this one, so I agree with the bad points. :)
