  1. Cool! Thanks for the tip. :o
  2. Hmm well I used to have a whip but I got fed up with being skint. So I decided to finish mm and get myself a dragon scimitar, then sell my whip. I'm glad I did. I couldn't go into the wildy because of the risk of losing my most valueble item. But before I saved for whip I used dragon long, and I remember hitting quite alot in pest control. But you alwace got the mace and the dagger, huh?

Hmm, I reckon I'm pretty similar in both irl and rs. Although I may sometimes appear shy to other irl.
  4. Its just that a lot of people have cooking and fletching. I have a giant amount of respect for people with an UNTRIMMED SLAYER CAPE. They are almost impossible to get.
  5. Thanks everyone for suggestions, corrections and recommendations. Im not too sure whether I will be able to do a picture of the best equpiment to wear. Im not f2p so I don't have it all and I'm not going to go everywhere trying to buy it all. Sorry. Maybe I could just write it down.
  6. Well I suppose it's just that everyone that can [and will] hunt them are doing it now. Especially since tip.it and other fansites have maps and guides on it.
  7. Right now I'm listening to quiet music, It all really depends on what mood im in. : If its late at night and im tired [like now] I will listen to the music I am now.
  8. Sometime died [from lag maybe] by rick turpine. I looted dds and beserker...lol. I think they are just random. Don't worry about it, man. :P
  9. Written by Curtis, Images and more content & editing by Humus (me!) This is F2P only cause if you are P2P you should know some good training spots anyways, or it is a waste of your money. Please feel free to comment and post constructive critiscm, please do not flame. Guide- Buy arrows(2-5k to start) bronze or iron unless you are rich... you may want to use steel or even mithril. Buy all shortbows from oak to maple. Buy leather, cowl, coif, studded chaps, green dhide chaps and green dhide vambs. 1-10 ranged Options Option A- Train on cows south of Falador beside crafting guild because it is less crowded. Safespot: Please note that to train on these you do not need to have acces to the guild. Or wear the required clothing Option B- Train on chickens (low hp but you get feathers for money) Draynor Chickens: Lumbridge Chickens: 10-20 ranged Options Option A- Continue with cows. Option B- Move to Barbarians. (1 problems is many noobs around there and is also multi-combat) Safespot: Banking path: Option C- Kill lvl 12 Minotaurs in Stronghold. ( good point is they drop iron arrows) Located here: Safespot: 20-30 ranged Options (wear Studded and Willow bow) Option A- Train on Hobgoblins right beside the cows you may have been training on earlier. [or better still, in ice cave] Safespot: Banking path: Option B- Continue training on lvl 27 Minotaurs (I like this option i have used it alot because i get more arrows as well) Option C- Continue training on Barbarians. Option D- Hill giants underground (can get crowded..just hop) Need brasskey Option E- Pirates in Ice cave(drop bronze arrows) Location: Safespots are around rocks. No need for a picture ;). 30-40 ranged Options (wear maple bow) Option A- Contiue at Hobgoblins. Option B- Continue at Minotaurs. (I still used this on my pure) Option C- Train at mossies on Crandor. (not varrock sewers too crowded) Option D- Continue at Hill giants. 40-50 Options (wear the best F2P armour...green d'hide) Option A- White Knights Falador Castle. Safespots [go in castle]: Option B- Lesser Demons in Karajama Volcano. These are probably the best f2p ranging after about 60-70 range [thanks guys]. They are not in the wilderness and so long as you can fish and cook lobsters you could stay there for ever. this is my inventory when I go: Lesser Demons can be fought in the Karajama volcano: Safespots: note: if you do not have 40 cooking+ fishing you could bring noted c lobbies then sell and buy back at the general store. But you will lose more money this way [and fishing xp ;P] Option C- Greater Demons. (in lvl 46 wild so be ready to log out or be good enough to pk other people) [Not recommended because of pkers!] Option D- Ice Warriors south of falador. (in cave, almost never crowded but not many safespots) Option E- Ice Giants south of falador in ice cave: Safespot: Option F- lvl 42 Zombies in the Stronghold. (2nd maybe 3rd floor, i forget.) 50-99 Options (F2P doesnt have many good high lvl monsters to train on..) Option A- Lesser Demons. Option B- Greater Demons. [not recommended] Option C- Ankous lvl 4 Stronghold(usually no one there and use safespot) Location: When you go down the ladder from level 3 just heasd up to the most north-eastern room. If you want to add something just post and I will add. Thank you for reading. I hope this helps you, Curtis & Humus

  18. RuneScape Name - Humus_75 Total Level - 1318 Post Count on Forums - 15 (but i only just joined, before i went on holiday) Why You Want to Work for the RuneScape Gazette - I love writing and I would enjoy the prospect of writing for this gazette. 8-) I think it would help for me to do something on a regular basis and I could get started right away! :P

  22. ^^Agreed, I had someone trading me willow longs for the willow long (u)s that I fletched so basically I could go on and on without losing ANY money! : As for the guide- it is well explained and clearly put together. The information is pretty much all correct. Good job!
  23. Huh? Why wouldn't it make sense?
  24. This struck me as odd, yesterday. I was just making my way to barrows and someone was saying that his friend got a guthans warspear. But anyway, I just thought..."hmm, can you poison them?" And I don't think you can...so why not? We can poison other spears. Im not trying to rant about it, so don't flame me, I was just suggesting it. What do you think?
  25. Well, you get the general idea. :P I was only suggesting what some things would be used. I took Dark Bow out, people were moaning about how people could take you kill.. :wall: Ok well, whenever I go there, rangers usually kill in the east room. That's just personal preferance... Once you get enough experience you can change things around abit and do things your way. This guide isnt meant to be used as a Bible, I just wanted to give some helpful information to new members who may want to try them out. 8-) Sorry about me getting annoyed, It was 11pm and I was feeling abit cranky... It's just the way people have worded their 'constructive critisism' seemed a little bit harsh.
