GL Hammy! I wish I had all achievement diaries done, pain in the [wagon].

It's not a crappy job at all, I love it & all my co-workers. Except my supervisor :P And since I work there I get a 50% discount of al Doctor visits & heartworm preventatives and such. Thats the only thing that got me thinking of why they did get me my 20 Cent raise. I do go in a lot, 4 dogs can be a pain in the [wagon]! :lol:

Should I just wait for my next raise? (Next April... :wall: ) If I do, and if they're still around, and they get the same raise as me, I'll quit right there. All they do it sit around and talk. Like me, I'm always doing something. Which is why I'm really upset over this whole thing. The Owner is too busy up front then to notice me...he doesn't see how much I really do...

My Supervisor is the [bleep] My main boss (the owner) is cool, he went to HS with my mom. I kinda thought he'd give me a good raise, apperently not. The Manager, is the person who I'd be speaking with. She deals with all this. She's awesome, and really I've never seen her mad, she's always cheery. ______ My Supervisor was the one who thinks we should've gotten 50 cent raises.

Heya, Firstly, I work at an Animal Hospital in Missouri. When I first applied, the pay was minimum wage; $6.55. Then I forgot when, but Minimum wage went up to $7.05. A year passed, and I got my raise. it was...20 cents... Now the new minimum wage goes to $7.25 July 24th, and that's how much I'm getting payed at the moment. The hospital just hired 2 new employees, that, too, get minimum wage. They will be getting paid the SAME as me and my other co-worker that started with me. So now, me and my co-worker who was hired with me, will be making the same as us, and they just started, yet We've been working now for a year and a half. We have nothing to show of working there for a year now. It's just not fair to us. Heres the stupid/funny thing. My supervisor, thinks we should've gotten 50 CENT RAISE. and the Main boss (the owner) only gave us 20 cents. and in my honest opinion, I think he did that so we'd just be getting paid minimum wage again. So what should we do, talk to our boss about the situation, or not? Any other suggestions would be nice. Thanks, Th3 Crusader

Hmm I don't know... I'll explain at the bottom. That I will! That is if you dont get 99 agiltiy before I get 85.. that'd be just sad! :lol: Today has been soooo stressful. My co-worker wanted ME to tell my boss she wasn't coming in, (because it was my day off today, so I had to go in for work because of some issues) So I told my boss that she CLEARLY texted me at 7:22AM when she should've called her. WTF?! So my boss has decided to fire her, because this isn't the first time this has happend. So we have to fill her hours. Now I'll be working a lot of extra hours. heres what I have for July. 2 weeks of working in a row, with only 2 days off in July. And majority are 7-10 hr shifts. Which will put me at 35-40 hours a week. Until my boss hires someone else. (training people is a pain!) Long story short, I'll be working everyday this WHOLE month with only two days off. (a thursday & sunday) Woo...by the end of this summer I'll be able to hire Marilyn Manson to sing at my funeral; death by work overload! Goodnight 200k until 83 Agility.

My boss is out for vacation for a whole 2 weeksss holy crap we're all throwing a party at work tomorrow :lol: Everyone hates her. (Even her boss's are celebrating)

of course it was dead :P It came in friday because it wasn't breathing, we never could get it back to normal, and unfortunately it died. (The cat bit my co-worker right before it died) We had the cat in the fridge all weekend and then monday we removed the head and sent it on. [hide=graphic]We had to cut all around its neck till bone, then we snap the neck. Weird thing is that their was barely any blood that came out. The blood just barely oozed since it was in the fridge.[/hide]
