  1. I was talking "It's ross".
  2. the prices of what ? of gp ? :wall: If people will earn this much each day through PvP tricking, believe me the prices will increase and will not become stable or go back to their old prices. And those who do not do PvP trick, will have hard time keeping up with the prices of items and supplies.
  3. Exactly :wall: What we also need to keep in mind is that people might spend the money they earn on summoning, construction, chinchompas for ranging, dragon bones, anything that can drain the money they made. Whether or not we see dragon bones rise 1k each depends on how soon they can get this under control :ohnoes: Well honestly those who know they are contributing for this mess, are not respected by me. Because those who don't do PvP will experience their hard working money meaning nothing when they are gonna use it to achieve goals. Price of items will go up and they will have trouble with small amount of cash they have... Where as those who does PvP trick every day will have loads cash...
  4. A mistake done by Jagex by making drop rates of some PvP items does not mean you have found the best way to make cash. :| Best way is Runecrafting. Personally i did not realize these PvP artifacts would have such big impact on economy of Runescape. But now i have realized it's really "CHEAP" i refuse to do it. This kind of behaviour towards earning GP easy way is considered same thing as cheating if you ask me. What's difference between players who bot and those who don't? Boters don't give a [bleep] and have no meaning to what they are doing where as players who don't bot they have a challenge ahead of them and work hard for it. Making the result of their hard work mean something. Best way to make money yoy say? 1) Assemble a good team with friends and go GWD 2) Level your Runecrafting to 91 and earn cash (That's what a friend of mine is doing!) 3) Do Slayer and Treasure trails 4) Do Herb farming There is tons way to earn good cash. As for "Inflation", you have no idea what your talking about. I don't consider myself smart, and even i can see that many items price have increased. If there is not a inflation now, it most likely will happene. Even a friend of mine whos going for 99 Prayer is having trouble buying Dragon bones, guess what? That started when Artifacts were released! Decent players who work for their GP have worked for it. You have a choice, do "CHEAP" cash which means nothing or..work for the GP.
  5. There I disagree with you. There is no dumb way to make GP (other then usual against the rules kinda things). Also, pkers want to pk players with dragon claws because they kill pvp/bh. 26King was not a major thing until these artifacts came along. It's not against rules to 26K, but Jagex said they did not like it. Theres a boarder between ruining the game and not. 26King now with Artifact is ruining the game, so therefor i choose not to do it. But 26King before the Artifacts really did not ruin the game, it took price of DFH/DFS down but it was not that big of a deal. Also you did not earn that much 26King... I find it strange that you say 1) 26King is against rules and 2) That it's dumb way, because i remember that you did it quite alot.
  6. More Longswords like Vesta. Also more Flails.
  7. 26King before was really nothing disgraceful if you ask me. Why? Because average you earned 300K-800K and it was rare that you earned over 2M. A Dfs/DFH was rare enough. But These artifacts are dropped as often as Rune items :? EDIT: I bought a Dragon claws, because i heard pkers found it unpleasant to pk players with Dragon claws. So i thought i would go level Agility in Wilderness course in PvP world. But with the artifacts that are considered "CHEAP" money to me, i choose not to. I am gonna wait til Jagex fix it. Hope soon because i want 74-80 Agility and feel that i haven't gotten GP in a dumb way.
  8. The reason for the artifacts was because Jagex didn't want PvP to affect prices of such items as DFS and DFH. But now with the artifacts, it is affecting all items. Only in a other way>Price increase.
  9. First of all, if i am wrong about something correct me if needed  Second, i am against the common drop rate of PvP Artifacts. It's ridiculous. For those of you who don't PvP who work hard for your GP, Artifacts are items that Jagex used to replace drops from bosses and minigames that were dropped through the "PvP Loot system" in PvP when you killed someone. Before for example you could a get DFS at the best, but now the best thing you can get is a artifact called "Zaros statuette" which costs 5,000,000 GP. You might think "That's very little compared to DFS", well it is....but they are being dropped very often. Not the Zaros statuette in particular but all of them are dropped often enough to grant players millions of cash. Ever since new PvP worlds was released players started doing something called "PvP Trick" also called "26King", this is planned PvP kills. Two players make a deal where they go together and they for example went and attacked eachother for 2 hours with weapons or spells that did not damage much or none at all. This way they prevented pkers from being able to attack them as they would already be in a fight. First people used spell group called "Strikes", but that was eventually made so that it did not make you gain potential. Potential which now is given the term "EP" by Jagex is Earning Potential. It decides if you get good drops or not. The max EP is 100%. So nowdays player would gather EP by casting the spell group called "Bolts". Since Jagex have not made this spell group from not getting EP. Because it works same way as "Strike" group, just cost a bit more. But the gain from it after the 2 hours is alot. Artifacts cost from 5,000 to up to 5,000,000 depending on which ones you get! I have done it myself but though i gain cash i really am not satisfied by the money i get. I did not plan to take advantage of this "Cheap" way to gain GP. However you get average 500K-800K cash earned every 2 hours, and at the best you can earn 5M+. OK now i am gonna come to my point, because people gain more and more cash through this way they can afford more. My conclusion is that this will drive prices of many items up. Example of a item i think has risen in price because of PvP is Dragon bones. People who gotten cash from PvP is now using their money to get 99 Prayer. I dislike this update alot, even though i have done the trick again it's not because of the GP gain it really isn't. If this continues price of many items and supplies will increase by alot. Why do i think PvP's artifact drop rate is changing prices? All PvP worlds are basically F U L L . P.S For a TRUE pker Artifacts could be good, but for PvP tricking it's bad.
  10. The artifact drop rate and update was the stupidest thing Jagex has done. I have done the trick many times but believe me it was not for or because of the insane common drop rate of Artifacts. Brawling gloves.... Nice way of ruining PVP Jagex. What a bad update.
  11. RUNECRAFTING 48-50 the best option for you is Nature runes. FARMING Farm strawberries (Alloments patch), Limpwurt (Flower patch), Irit leaf (Herb patch), Wildblood (Hops patch) and Dwellberries (Bush patch). For trees make a Orange fruit tree and Willow trees. This is a bit to much so you do not have to do trees if you don't want to. But I recommend doing top ones and if you feel like it also do trees too. It could be smart to farm only herbs, that way you can use the herbs for Herblore leveling later. Tip.it's Farming Guide SUMMONING Do Macaw (Level 41 pouch) until you reach level 47 Summoning, from there make Magpie (Level 47 pouch). HUNTER Do Swamp Lizard which can be found area near Canfis bank. You use a rope + small fishing net and with those you lay a trap. You can earn cash on the lizards you catch if you bank them and that's not a bad idea. HERBLORE Use the Irit leaf which you farmed and make Super attack potions. You can also kill chaos druids inside Tavalery dungeon for herbs, but farming is smart way to do it. Hope this helps
  12. Have tried Cannoning Mutated, but i like killing normals more as that goes fast too and great experience.
  13. I wonder what makes someone get 2 very rare items in short amount of time, where as someone else not getting one only when they clearly have worked very hard and should had one.... Grats though
  14. I disagree with Karil being better than Dhide.
  15. Why wouldn't you use armadyl in the fight cave? Karil's offer no statistical advantage over Black d'hide, it degrades, it's magic defence is useless, since any magic attack that hits you in Fight caves, you are dead. It's melee defence is lower than black d'hide. But if your any good at fight caves, nothign should get in melee range of you, so the melee defence is also useless. However, the 90's will be ranging you, and karils has higher in that, which makes karil's a better option. And on the topic of armadyl, personally, i melee in it, i find the negative effects barely noticeable with 99 attack. MELEE Tz-Kih Max hit: 4 Tz-Kek Max hit: 7 Tz-Kek Max hit: 4 Yt-MejKot Max hit: 25 Yt-HurKot Max hit: 14 These ones will come after you when you distract them by attacking them to attract their attention, from there atleast 1-2 will be hitting you. RANGED Tok-Xil Max hit: 13 This monster has only 40 HP so it's killed in 2-3 shots Overall Dhide is best for Fight Cave, even if you are good at doing the waves it's still better to use Dhide.
  16. Why wouldn't you use armadyl in the fight cave? 1) I am a warrior, and Armadyl takes down melee attack bonus so i have not bought it. Wouldn't buy it for Fight Cave only either.. 2) Majority of players do not have Armadyl as a option, but Dhide.
  17. Jagex does not always do things well.
  18. D'hide still follows the rule of being weaker to melee, since it's other stats are still higher than melee defence. Too bad they don't. They'd be much more useful if they did. What rule is that, because i have never heard of it. The one you said "Karil's weaker to melee because it follows the combat triangle." Read your last few post. -_- Aha yeah. Well you do have a point there. Well considering the great magical defense Karil gives, i guess the lower melee defense must be sacrificed.

  20. Karils armor is suited for rangers, Karil was a ranger. Combat triangle says that a ranger is weak to melee, a mage weak to range and a melee weak to magic. So shouldn't Karils armory which is a range armor have those stats? Also, does Karil need to be superior in melee defense to Dhide? No.
  21. What armor are you refering to? Karil's shouldn't have inferior stats to Black d'hide at all, especially not when it has higher requirements But for any smart person, it has much better stats. If you are using karil's, you will either be ranging something, in which you could only get hit by range/mage, which it has higher def, or melleing something that uses a mage based attack, in which it has better stats. If your meleeing something that melee's you, using black d'hide or karil's will both be a bad idea, so the defence won't matter. Karil has way better magical defense than D'hide, so it's far from inferior to it. Since Karil and Dhide is armor used mainly for Magical defense. And....rest that Danqazmlp said. You two forget the Coif and crossbow. Those 2 have almost no uses, a cheaper and BETTER alternative can be found with lesser requirements AND cost. Karil's top and skirt has a total of...+4 more ranged defence. Magic defence is perfectly fine, Karil's top and skirt has a total of 13 less stab, 10 less slash, and 15 less crush. This means a set of armour that requires +30 more defence levels, give on average, ONLY 80% of the stats of black d'hide. Which costs 1% of the cost of Karil's. This should NOT happen. A more costly and higher requirement armour should NOT be WEAKER. This topic is about barrow armor not weapons. It's simple: If your gonna be at a enviroment with magical and melee monsters>Use Dragonhide If your gonna be at enviroment with magical and ranged monsters>Use Karil If you wanna complain or rant about Karil armor>Go rants forum.
  22. I do it all the time 8-)
