Started to do Herb Farm rounds, and it's been good. Like to do farm herbs alot, and i get seeds from Slayer. I just plant them and come back after 1-2 Slayer tasks. Majority of herbs below have been farmed: NOTE: I am not price checking it because i want to sell them. Will use them on herblore

I like the irony of the gramatical errors in a sentence that is calling someone "not smart". Its not that she isn't smart, she is just a a terrible orator and gives badly written speeches. She manages to fire up the republican base because that requires "hotwording" issues, but looks less then brilliant to a lot of people because her speeches are executed in a rather sub par manner. The idea was that if you constantly shout out messages in public chat within 3 minutes very fast then you would get a mute ban from public chat. So the speed and amount of messages coming to the chat affects if you get mute ban. Auto messagers usually tend to shout out messages very fast, so it's meant for them. However i see that this can be a problem. So instead i will lengthen the filter, so that it don't mute ban someone who's not a auto messager. MESSAGES IN PUBLIC CHAT Speed+Amount= Mute ban So you won't get a mute ban just for typing many message, you should get it when the chat filter picks up that your sending out alot of messages in very short amount of time like a auto messager do. So it might mute ban players who are shouting "Selling Godsword!", but then again what's the point of shouting that out when there is a G.E and Runescape selling/buying forums? Again if you shout out messages fast and many of them within 10 minutes, you will receive the mute ban. First i decided for 3 minutes, but i think 10 minutes would be proper as that would help in making it less of a disadvantage to players who are not spammers. If your in clan wars and doing a war then the chat filter should not care about it. Because clan wars (in the game) have no spam unless you consider friends messages spam lol. Anyhow this filter is for places where auto messagers spam the areas so much with their stupid advertisements that it: 1) Makes private messages/clan chat messages disappear faster because of all the messages coming into game 2) Making chat go up and down so crazy that you can't read something in public chat without struggling a bit. Example of 2) You go to world 2 and decide to see if you can get a 3rd age melee items there. You go there and then you get so many messages at you that once they are put into game they immediately get scrolled away.

Forgot about that, anyhow the 70 defence was just a example of low defence.

Why i asked to close this thread This suggestion was suggested to avoid players (Mainly price manipulators) from flooding chat through advertising clan chats they use. Basically if a player constantly keeps shooting alot messages out in short amount of time within 10 minutes they will receive a 30 minute ban from public chat. The criteria for the mute ban is a players speed at sending out messages and the amount of it withing 10 minutes. Public chat is not for auto advertisement. As you can see in this chat the player with name "Goldmerch4" keeps repeatedly sending out messages and it's clear that he/she have been doing this for a while. So he/she will will definitely get a mute ban from public chat for 30 mins. This chat filter that gives players 30 minute ban from public chat should be only used in places that are crowded or can be. Repetitive Chat A good suggestion that is good to use if it can be done. It's suggested by Mweddie as you can see. I would say this should be called "Repetitive filter". So if someone says same thing 15 times, then they will get a ban. But rune defender is better. Fact. Only should be usin DFS at GWs/Chickens, Rune defender is better for anything, hands down, and it is a FACT not an opion But rune defender is better. Fact. I am gonna go a bit off the topic, but it has some relevance towards what the topic poster was using so hopefully it's okey. I use Rune defender at any monster that i can (Dragons no). I believe that at monsters with similar defence like Dust devils, that DFS can be put to good use like Rune defender. But for a player without much sources of healing and weak defence leve, a DFS have a big impact. 1) Rune defender attack bonus helps in penetrating. It does not help you hit high damages... At Dust devils you hit through their defence very well, even without Rune defender. Example of a penetrating defence of a monster - General Graardor. Players used DFS with Abyssal whip and reported that Abyssal whip was bad to kill the boss. Even i myself did think that until me and a friend thought of same idea "Abyssal whip w/Rune defender" to penetrate boss defence. Guess what? It worked. So my point is: Do you need further attack bonus to penetrate Dust devils defence? Not really. So if i had weak defence level, i would go with a DFS. Because fact is that armor have more impact on defending than level does. So let's compare that. A player with level 70 defence. DFS +7 Strength bonus Great defence level (Less damage taken) Rune defender Better penetration, but is it really necesssary with Dust devils defence? +5 Strength bonus More damage taken So as you can see, DFS can be just as good as Rune defender for all you know at monsters with weak defence such as Dust devils/Bloodvelds. Unless you have tested it well, don't say "It's a fact". No matter how great attack bonus/weak defence a monster has, i still hit 0s now and then.

I killed about 30,000 Dust devils without 1 Dragon chainbody. It's not about the price of the item but the achievement of getting it.. It's extremely rare. However i think it deserves only 7/10 Rate. I do clue scrolls alot, and i also do dragon tasks. Why? To achieve a Visage/3rd age. I don't give a darn about the price of it, because i can get one of them other ways... But getting them without using gold, is way better and is a huge achievement. When it comes to Rune defender VS DFS, i believe they are both good at very weak defense monsters like Dusties. Because Rune defender is a shield slot item you use to penetrate high defense.

I kind of agree with this statement. You have a lot of people who have no interest in PVP, but are 26king. Find a way to stop the 26king abuse, and you stop a lot of those problems. It's a shame because before artifacts 26King was not risky but it wasn't greatly profitable. Average you earned 400K and rare chances of DFS/DFH. Remember you were in a hotspot for 2 hours. It was quite fun honestly and i enjoyed it. Now it has become something stupid. :wall:
