  1. Someone who has completed the game can have a full fledge Completionist cape with stats, emotes, the cape etc. While a player who has maxed combat skills and done the combat minigames that are required should have a Comp cape with the stats but not emote, and other rewards. For example the cape that Combat players should have would not have the emote or look the same as Comp cape. It could just be a plain old cape with same stats as Comp cape.
  2. And maxing runecrafting, woodcutting, smithing, completing all the quests, getting all the songs et cetera AND maxing out combat doesn't qualify as harder work than that? Keep on being jelly. I am not jelous. I just think Jagex could rewarded Completionist cape players in a other way. For example they could have made Comp cape give you a teleport that sends you to a Grand Exchange dimension that has many skilling spots (not Rocktails etc), Decent banking areas etc. And also another idea is allowing Comp players to have a statue of their avatar in their Poh. ^the above suggestions are few of MANY ways to reward Comp players. There is other ways than reward them with Combat stats. But like i have experienced there are players like you who get "butfrustrated" when there is many players with capes with best stats even though they have achieved it with hardwork. And it's all hardwork, but i am saying that a Quester should have access to things suited for a Quester. A woodcutter access to things suited for Woodcutter etc.
  3. Doesn't the completionist cape require you to "do combat?" And the fight caves? It also requires you to get 99 Fletching, 99 Cooking,99 Firemaking, 99 Woodcutting etc He's just extremely buttfrustrated that people can get better equipment through their hardwork in other areas. Maxing Combat, and doing tons minigames related to combat does not qualify as hardwork? Cool.
  4. Oh no, a cape that is extremely benefitial to combat requires extreme combat prowess to aquire! Completionist cape: Has great combat stats. And in order to get it you must do TONS of things that aren't related to combat. And afterall you have done all of this you've pretty much finished Runescape game. Unlike players like you i would do anything combat related to get a cape with great stats. That's why i have had over 30+ Fire capes. Because despite how much i had to endure i always went to Jad and killed him. So if you think it's right that a combat player has to do finish Runescape which takes around 1-2 year for cape with best stats - then your brainwashed. People who do Combat should be able to get the best equipment, just like people who do Cooking should have access to best Cooking methods.
  5. lol wut? Combat capes have never been about grinding or skilling. The only cape with that quality about is completionist cape. I highly doubt jagex will usurp its status either, they will probably buffer is strength bonus, give it any new effects associated with the new cape and strap on a requirement of beating the kiln mini-game (ergo having the cape) to use it. It would be unfair to combat players if you can attatch the new "Fire" cape to Comp cape. Comp cape is currently best cape for combat - and it requires you to finish game to get it.
  6. Good going. I am liking netherlands more and more.
  7. A sequel to Fight cave, and a combat cape? And i've quit... Anyhow take that you skillers! Now Combat players get to use a great cape without having to grind like you :)
  8. Yes, that's the reason. Anyhow i can't profit with a Godsword, a Bandos tasset or some sort. If i loan a Bandos tasset for 24 hours - i would profit like 50K a day? And i wouldn't be able to loan more items out than one. But with divine ican profit alot and also provide a rare item. But again i won't act based on vague opinions from Jagex. If it's not a rule - i don't see why i should follow what they say. I am not doing something against the spirit of the game. Neither am i scamming anyone, and iam fully aware of my own scam risk.
  9. I rather turn to the rules than the forums. And trust trading is grouped into dice and those kind of activities. My service idea isn't intended to scam anyone. And only one who's risking to be scammed is myself :P Then again my customer group were supposed to be Tip.it admins, moderators etc. I say were because as i said i am not popular member, and people probably would get negative assosciation with my service. But if possible i would have loved to provide such service :D
  10. Could you get me the source that shows that it's against rules? I am no price manipulaotr, a dicer, or anything. And the risk of trading over my item to someone is noone's responsibility than my own. I don't see how paying 500K to borrow a Divine from me is against the spirit of the game. I have achieved many things with my avatar. But again , i really like to see where you got that trading over my item for loaning for cash is against rules.
  11. As i have said i am aware that i can be scammed. I intended to provide the service for Tip.it website admins, moderators and high profiled members. I also had idea to record the loans (as a gurantee). But i guess even though my intention with this service is only good - it won't be looked like that by many of the potential customers. Thank you very much for your idea :) It sounds great. Though it requires more work than Divine loaning. I've quit rs you see - so i am not on much. And my Divine isn't in my own posession at the moment.
  12. I thought of providing service for Tip.it status members. But it's just a thought for now. And i don't think Tip.it status members would even bother: 1) I am not a popular member 2) Trust trading seems to be against rules of TIF. But i want to continue this thread to find out where in Runescape Rules Trust Trading is explicetly prohibited.
  13. That's Tip.it's stance on it. Is there anything in Runescape Rules that says Trust trading is against rules?
  14. Well i was thinking to loan out Divine for like 500K for 1 day. It's a RISKY serivce ( i know) but i intended to provide it to a certain group. Again i know it's risky and you may find me stupid but it's my decision. It's not like i am gonna even dare to loan it out to someone on my friend list.
  15. The service would relay on me taking a risk of trusting people not to scam me. (Of course i wouldn't lend it out to strangers or similar groups).
  16. I had a idea for a Runescape service: Loaning out a item through Trade for X Runescape GP. Is this against the rules of Runescape? I can't seem to find anything about this: http://services.runescape.com/m=rswiki/en/Rules_of_RuneScape And if it is - anyone know where in Rules the pharagraph is?
  17. I am curious - how much would you pay to borrow Divine? (Trust loaning). This question is directed at Tip.it staff and high rep Tip members. Another question: would you pay 500K for 1 day loan?
  18. Sdbrideau and Lord Diddy thanks for your help :)
  19. Could you please elaborate the difference?
  20. Ok, i have plugged ethernet cable on Computer A and B. And i am waiting to play Settlers IV with a friend. And when we choose LAN in the game we don't get eachother up. What am i doing wrong?
