  1. See, now your trying to get eople to flame you, I highly suggest you stop, aru Stay on topic an stop talking about other peoples sigs, it doesn't matter if it as a mild attack-it ws still an attack!
  2. You need the ring to get the robes (and the robes for the sword), but not to were them, any ring will do, aru (or no ring-it doesnt matter once you have the robes/sword)
  3. I cant really see a difference either...course i'm not around them alot (not having one) so i guess its changed a bit...has to of for so many people to bring it up, aru
  4. Wait wait wait...you go off about how all of us are flaming him...and then you flame all the skillers and anyone who's a fan of anime (at least i think thats what you were refering to in that last sentance)? Leave, learn about hypocracy, then return, aru
  5. Funny quest, but I agree-the sneaking part of it is enough to drive one mad, which is probably what you were rerefering to, aru
  6. The in search of myreque series maybe, aru? Its only 8 quest points but arn't to anoying to deal with...
  7. I havn't been going on very much lately for couple of different reasons (New computer that allows me to try out some other games for a bit, slight oblivion addiction, procrastinating training smithing for quest cape, etc.) but it wont last long, sometimes we all just need a bit of a break now and again, aru
  8. Read the bold line a couple of times...then look at what your proposing... Do you see how extreme it sounds, aru? Errrr?? I am just a bit stupid than normal people. Assume our tipit forum users are mature enough to know runescape is a video game, they read the bold line a couple of times and then look at the proposing .... I guess they will just see the wilderness memorial day is nothing more than just an event IN A VIDEO GAME. Do you mind telling me whats going extreme in your head?? The point is-its a video game, and therefore has no reason to have a memorial day for a update in the game...but if your going to have one then heres somemore to add to the list, aru: A memorial day for runescape classic A memorial day for the old pest control A memorial day for the creation of runescape A memorial day for the people who died and lost their stuff in the fally massicar A memorial day for the release of skillcapes A memorial day for the release of the God Wars dungeon etc. To me having a day to comemorate these mere updates in a game sound like a bit of a waste of time, but whatever floats your boat...
  9. Yeah they do-which is why you dont say things like then when your obviously going to be penalized for it, aru
  10. Comon... Its a video game. Doing a memorial day in rs is just a event in game. Whos give you such strange idea of having the memorial day on real life history books? Read the bold line a couple of times...then look at what your proposing... Do you see how extreme it sounds, aru?
  11. So let me get this straight...you want a memorial day...for an event in a online game? And you wonder why we tell you guys to get over it, aru!?

    omg lagg!

I don't know if its just me but I see it as kind of like an icebreaker, for example: Person A: Lag Person B: same here, its been happening all morning Person A/C: maybe there having server problems... etc, etc... A bit meaningless but, meh-it works, aru
  13. If thats the appeal you sent in its no wonder that they refused it (Word of advise-Insulting them is probably a bad idea, aru...)
  14. True, I guess people on dial-up are just the scum in gutters in the online world. I wasnt saying you were scum-stop taking everything i say and twisting it into an attack! I was saying that you (not you and only you, i mean everyone) should not be so picky, and I'm fairly certain everyone else knew thats what i ment, aru
  15. Oh come on-are you honestly saying that out of the millions of things to do in this world ,some people don't have the choice to switch to something else? what world are you living in, aru?
  16. I have to go with bad, aru (not that that was unexpected) They just cause to many problems for the rest of us.
  17. Exactly. Sorry, Highlanders, but your point is invalid. It contradicts itself, because if it were true, then I'd have to be fighting a monster 100% of the time I play Runescape for my combat level to really "Represent my strength." Oh, and by the way, when I say I have a familiar 90% of the time I play, I mean 90% OF THE TIME I PLAY. When i am in combat I have a familiar with me 100% of the time. No fail. End of story. End of point. Rofl, that's not the point :P Your melee, magic, prayer, and ranged levels are your own. While your summoning combat levels represent the strength of the combat familiars you could possibly use. That strength is not your own, but the familiar's, thus when your familiar is not summoned that strength is completely gone. No, to summon something you have to use your own magical power to summon the aid of the being-so it represents your power just like the other combat skills, aru To the bolded part: but again, thats saying that when ever your not fighting somthing the strength in the other skills are gone aswell.
  18. But wouldn't that mean that unless we're constantly attacking something our level isn't representing our true strength aswell, aru? :-k
  19. If you did the quest you'd know it had NOTHING to do with smoking-it was just a little play-on-words, aru I did the quest. And that's the point. It has nothing to do with smoking, yet Jagex felt the need to just put that in as title. It's simply inappropriate. Lol, your looking way to far into it-it was just put as a joke title, just like alot of the other quest, aru: Animal Magnetism Another slice of H.A.M. As a first resort... Between a rock... etc.
  20. Ok I think ive got a good plan now: -Ive been woodcutting Teaks and droping them, which has been working very well so ill stick to them. -Ive got a good crafting stratagy down so im good there... -Since smithing is going to take a while no mater what option I go with I believe im just going to smith C-balls for the money (i recently bought some better armor for grims tales so i could use some extra) Thanks for all the good advice, aru :)
  21. Cos it's not a "makeable" requirement. At no point in the quest do you need to make something which is 69 smithing. Jagex just had the 69 smithing as a requirement to start it, much like the 85 combat required to start others. For Regicide, you didn't make anything. Yet you could use an agility pot to get pass through the trees. No, what he means is that theres no marker in your skill journal that sayss you need 69 smithing to do somthing, aru (using what you said for example: In the agility skill journal it says you needed 55 agility to cross the elven log-while as you dont unlock anything at 69 smithing that you make durring the quest)
  22. Ok Im cutting teaks and droping them and it seems to be the fastest method yet, so ill stick with it, aru And ill try the gold once im done...if it seems to be to much of a money drainer ill try smithing bolts.
  23. Ok then, i think ill try willows since im ok on cash at the momment, aru... As for smithing gold with the gloves-is it better to buy the ore or do you lose to much money that way?
  24. Ok Ive got 3 skills left that im going to have to train the most to get my quest cape: 66 Crafting 69 Smithing 72 Woodcutting I had to get my crafting up for lunar a month or to ago so im going to use the same way as then. Heres were i hit a snag: 1) For Woodcutting should i cut maples or yews? (My woodcutting is about to hit 69 and i have a Dragon axe) 2) For smithing what should i smith? Thanks in advance, aru
