I agree the game is too dumbed down. Some of my fondest memories of RS were the time i killed the wildy scammer who tried to kill me, ending up in falador and having no clue where i was (i ended up banking and getting myself killed), and being afraid to leave lumbridge because of the highwaymen that kept killing me.
