The only problem with the previous hegemony and choosing a country was that someone would pick somalia, and the next day it would be a first-world country.

I had an idea how i could mod w/out playing and still keep my self entertained. We'd have a UN of sorts, and the mod acts as the chairman. that way they participate too. Or they agree to play peacefully and dont try to become a superpower. EDIT: redundant word is redundant.

Well I am fairly sure that we do not dress up in "hegemony suits" or at least I hope to god people don't. Really? SO your telling me you dont dress up as the leader of the country your playing as?
