I know that its only 2017 or something. Archi said that our infra. levels are updated after our IAGs. That would mean that your 2020 IAG is calculated based on your current Infra, then your 2020 Infra is calculated, meaning it wont affect your IAG until 2030.

No, from my understanding, whatever we spent on infra this budget doesn't affect our IAGs till 2030. I don't like a city system, for one reason. Ireland has less cities than somalia. Cities are a decent way to split IAGs among conquerors, but not for actually determining it.

IAG isn't perfect though. there should be ways to increase it other than just infra.
