The Canadian federal election campaign officially begins today, with the Election set for October 19th. As of now I'm leaning towards the Conservatives, but the Liberals could win me back over with a well thought out and costed economic plan.

I hate how servers are constantly trying to inflate what a good tip is. Here in Canada they make at least minimum wage (except Ontario where they can make like $1.50 less), but some servers expect 20% for average service. I don't mind tipping, but there's no way you're getting 20% when you only came to take our drink orders every half hour and took another half hour to bring them to us.
