  1. I moved your images around so they don't break the signature rules, just to let you know.
  2. How about, absolutely no traction or grip whatsoever? :)
  3. Ditto. I'd rather watch Seinfeld. Not sure about Seinfeld but best t.v series of all time? - Red Dwarf. ;) AMEN to that.
  4. Building a pc and replacing parts is really easy, it's all a case of just taking something out and putting in a new one. Just make sure to pick up stuff like ram, video cards etc (stuff with a circuit board) by the sides so you don't accidentally break the parts on it. Also get a static wristband thing, or what I do is just touch the inside of the metal case to discharge all the static from my body.
  5. Merged. Just keep this topic open..
  6. If you're doing something where you need to show a video as an example, just any random video to illustrate your point, then using the rickroll video is fine.
  7. The best one I've seen is when JD and Turk go to visit some guy, but he has super intelligent ostriches in his yard, and they chase them both into a tree. Then JD manages to get to the house while Turk goes back, then Turk comes flying through the window, JD looks at him and Turk says, 'there was one waiting in the car'. That made me laugh a lot. Another one was when JD tried to ride through a puddle, but it was really deep and he got thrown in, and came out the other end. My mum found that hilarious.
  8. I don't profess to knowing lots, but I am interested, and I think I probably know more than the average person. For example, did you know that wine goes through a 'sick' stage, just after it's been bottled. It's because of the stress of being bottled, makes the wine taste different and behave differently, for a short while, then it settles and is fine after that. Each individual wine reacts differently, too, taking longer or shorter to settle down.
  9. Eating a whole large Dominoes pizza to yourself, then laying back in pain as you realise you shouldn't have done that.
  10. Moved. Yes, it does count as spam and is against the rules.
  11. Having a whole large Dominoes pizza all to yourself. Then laying back in triumph.
  12. Although I like Scrubs, I much prefer Green Wing. Now THAT is hilarious.
  13. White is made using normal green grapes, red using... red grapes. White wine needs to be chilled, and is normally more refreshing and dry. Red wine is more 'full bodied' and fruity, and has more tannin in it, a chemical that comes from the grape. You keep red wine at room temperature.
  14. You must be crazy, I'd kill to have a Veyron. If I didn't have a Veyron, I'd have an Aston Martin DB9. Best looking car ever made.
  15. It could be your case fan, if so then it's really really easy to fix, and case fans are only about £5 ($6-7).
  16. There's more than one fan in your computer, do you know exactly which one is making the noise? Theres the fan in your psu, your graphics card if you have one, your case fan, your cpu fan...

  18. I pity people who drink just to get drunk. Wine is one of the finer things in life, and alchohol has a history dating back literally thousands of years. I would never buy a crate because it's cheap. When I drink socially, I don't aim to get drunk, I aim to have a nice time. Drinking just coke wouldn't make a difference to me, it's the experience, not getting wasted.
  19. No, not really. :P I'm just drinking some of my Grandad's bullace wine, so I felt I should make a topic as it interests me.
  20. It may seem strange, but I actually find wine pretty interesting. Really anything that I do I like to know about it, for example I learnt to drive so now I'm interested in mechanics, I use my computer all the time so know I'm interested in that. Onto wine... Do any of you drink it? Red or white? Favourite varieties? Do you actually know anything about wine? Spirits and other things like brandy, port, cognac, armagnac champagne etc can also be discussed. As for me, I tried some Port my dad bought, and I really like it, it's very sweet and thick. My Grandad makes his own wines out of the local fruits, it's fascinating. His best so far is called 'bullace' which is a sort of wild plum, similar to a sloe. It smells like toffee ice cream, incredible. Also damson wine feels like it's fizzy, when it's not been carbonated, very strange. My other favourite is rose hip wine, which is really sweet and very nice. How about beers and other alcohols? I can't stand lager, it's horrible onion water stuff as far as I'm concerned. Give me a pint of Guinness anyday. I also like a spot of cider. The strongest thing I've tried is 90% Absinthe, which I actually found pretty nice, although everyone else was trying to stop their mouths burning, lol. Rules for this thread: This is for discussing the history and culture of alcohol, not binge drinking and stupid rubbish like that. I don't want to hear about peoples' parties where they got trashed.
  21. 'Twas a famous victory.

  23. Have you updated your sound card drivers?
  24. What a great pitch! This sounds really awesome. \
