When i was quite young i fell out of a window. Once i was skiing and my skis overlapped each other and i lost control and landed on my back, it hurt for a few days. I was lucky if i fell any later i would have gone off the edge of the mountain.

The hard drive is pretty useless without many good games to save on it. PS3 will most likely finish dead last, 360 second, and the Wii will win. Do you even know anything about the games on the PS3?

Well, I'm not going to attack you, but couldn't people just buy blu-ray players? You don't have to waste for a PS3 when you could just buy a Blu-ray player. :? Blu ray players are very expensive so you might aswell buy a PS3 since their cheaper than xbox 360, then it can be used for games aswell as films in blu ray. Still why buy a PS3 for a Blu-ray player. I don't think people even use the PS3 to play blu-ray. If they arn't using blu ray then their not playing games, since the games are on blu ray disks. I meant movies.(Blu-ray movies) One thing now that i am thinking about is if sony decided to use blu-ray and say how good it make the games. It hasn't really happened. They still haven't proved how using blu-ray for games can be better. How come i don't much of a difference between a 360 game and a PS3 game. What sony needs to do is to take advantage of blu-ray, start using it features in the games. Although i still think blu-ray was a good idea, they need to start using it. And devolopers should take advantage of it aswell.

Why would Sony let 360 have Blu-ray? They made a lot of sacrifices to get it on the ps3 i doubt they would ever let Microsoft have it. Microsoft will use HD DVD.

The 360 has not tapped out its full potential yet. And, yes, the PS3 has not tapped out its full potential yet -- but I don't think its going to be able to climb that far ahead. I mean, look at the last generation. The graphical quality between the PS2, gamecube and xbox were fairly minimal at the end of their lifetimes. Yeah, the xbox was a tad ahead then but in reality the difference was very minimal. The same thing will happen this time. Right now I see the 360 as the PS2 of last generation, and this PS3 as the xbox as last generation (mostly because of their launch dates). anyways my point is the hardware isn't that different between the two as far as what they are capable on. Both consoles as well are no where near the end of their lifetime in terms of what they can put out, please remember that a games graphics are not just all about how many polygons you can push out. I estimate the 360 will come second(to the wii). And PS3 a little bit behind. I mean that the 360 will be a success while PS3 may not be. But the PS3 will not be a failure either because it selling rate is ok so it may not win but it won't fail. Also i can never imagine the 360 selling as much as PS2 or the PS3 being the xbox of last gen. The only console in this gen which has a chance of selling that much is the Wii. I mean think about it, the wii is selling very fast. PS3 and 360 stand NO chance against it.

This is so stupid. The people who are sueing microsoft are only trying to make money. Nowadays the law has turned so stupid. That people can't even tell the difference between good and bad when it is right in front of them! :x :x

The wii is by far the best console. :D :thumbsup: I just got one and it is great although i was surprised at the size(i expected it to be a lot larger). And when i got it i played wii sports for a long long time and suffered pain in the arm. It has great games and is... IS NOT A TOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wheres the extra ÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâã60 from if all the accessories and games are free, I thought the console on its own was around ÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâã300. Its a "deal", stores have got to make a profit out of it somehow and so do Sony. :wink: Sony don't make a profit. Infact they lose money on every console they sell.

Depends on what you like... If you want a reliable console then the PS3 if you want to have the online experience possible then the 360 if you want a console with loads of features then the PS3 If you want good games then either console would do.

Ok, back onto topic: I'm not much of a sony person any more but i will say a few things to answer this whole thread. Playstation 3 failure? Maybe yes a few months ago but now? Right now the PS3 is doing fine. Its had some good games released and sales are higher. My conclusion is that it is doing ok but if sony wants it to catch up more then they will need to do more.
