Nope. This happens when the monster stops attacking you, not when it stops attacking it. Basically, if that player stops attacking you for a while, anybody can attack you. This has been a rule for years, Jagex should know about it. That's how people teamed in non-multi wildy years ago.

There is no attack that works when spammed non-wifi. You have the order messed up. Spam works over wifi. :lol:

But of course :lol: In all honesty though, tier lists aren't exclusive to any one game, and one probably already exists for RS, it just isn't formalized. Yeah, there is a tier list for every single competitive game. I don't think there is one, simply because there's no real need for them... but I guess it could help the uninformed.

If that's the case, I'm assuming this is what happens. You're in the air, and Olimar jumps up. He up airs you. He jumps up again, but this time, you're prepared. You air dodge/Dair, but to your surprise, he doesn't up air. Instead, he fast falls and does a short hopped uair when your dair/air dodge is over and repeats mixing up and punishes your air dodges and poorly used attacks. Prediction comes from experience. Strangely enough, all of these tactics are the same in Melee, too. You should know all about this... :-k

You do know that his Dair has a hugely disjointed hitbox passed that of the character you mentioned above? Since you yourself said you don't play Wifi, I don't see why you can't mixing your dairs and your jumps wisely so you could safely get down. Lucario has very good options to not get juggled. He doesn't do it well...

Are you saying bad things about Lucario? Because if you are Kent Imma put on my ghetto voice, uhum. Not in any way. The fact that he got 12384x better out of the blue just because he picked Lucario has only 1 explanation. That's all I'm saying.

You won at an anime convention. This proves nothing. You won because you switched to Lucario? Lucario has prolonged attacks and disjointed hitboxes. If you were able to beat your friends, that means your opponents rolled and spotdodged way too much = they are newbs.

Maybe if you have actually posted in the Brawl club, I could explain why, but I'll do it right here. The simple fact that your friend is the person whose skills is closest to yours and his rank is high in MLG even though you never played Brawl much before proves one thing. Just to be sure, you are posting this guide at Tif, right? If you're not, then I don't think you can use the pictures... some websites don't even let you link them to TIF, and I tried to help somebody about Summoning (about 5 people responded with bad advise) my post got edited because I gave advice from my TIF guide... Add 33 strength bonus to the 90 and 61, and you get 123 and 94. You can't forget to add the standard equipment, too. At 90 Strength, Piety and Super strength (standard training conditions at AZ, the most commonly trained monster) Max hit at 123 = 47 Max hit at 94 = 40 + 20% = 48 There is no monster that is currently commonly trained that the 1 higher max hit gets outdone by the 35 accuracy + decrease due to the obby necklace. Obby sword can't compare with the SS due to it's horrendous accuracy.
