Yes effigy. Didn't have any fish or summoning stages sadly else it'd have been really nice. But alas, life goes on. And I had also...well, not forgotten, but disregarded char, mainly because of a lack of a good method. I end up missing some logs using that method in the vid (because I'm bad etc) but it's still a nice bit of xp (600k-1.2m/h) for 2-3 minutes work. IKR. December. 30 days. NOPE. And Zammy is piss easy. Probably too much so in fact. I end up camping out for longer than I overload for and still getting decent kill speeds in mediocre gear. The only reason I have a Virtus Mask is because [bleep] dealing with the monsters in the main area.

Been doing some PVMing whilst I'm tired of slayer/random skilling. 2 QBD kills gave a total of [bleep] all ( ), one melee and one mage kill. Think I prefer mage but that's an aside. Decided, having seen another video in the suggestions from the QBD guide to go give Zammy a try. Decided, as I was only testing, to go with only a 4 Dose overload/renewal, with 2 brew flasks and a tonne of food just in case, given I was really only experimenting. Ended up staying for about 45 minutes, with the lack of overload not seeming to make much difference. Ended up using the hood for the rest of the trip. Not a bad little test, and definitely will be visiting Zammy more often when I get Greaters tasks. As a note, if you position yourself between K'ril and the minions - although they will regularly stack under him - Detonate can be VERY useful hitting quite well. Last kill gave a spin ticket:-

Yes urns are lost. 25 infernal ashes/urn so you need to carry enough urns to cover it. You could either stock up on a large number and pull them as you need them or just buy them from task to task.

Of course 50k a day isn't gamebreaking. I was arguing on the basis it was a blanket 50% boost to XP throughout the whole month. Which it isn't, so let's stop with the hyperbole, yes? It was marketed from the top as an aura, not a monthwide boost, clearing the need for the argument in the first place. But alas, I digress. This is TIF. Hyperbole is what we do best.

50k xp/day. IT'S GAMEBREAKING AND DESTROYS MY ACHIEVEMENTS. Etc. The limitation of 50k/day has changed my plans. I might switch from summoning to farming with it. Interesting.

I'd consider superheating whilst you LRC for mining xp. It is exceptionally to do now. Whilst you may not hit 99 at the same time as mining, you do save time

The "new" quests were a bit over the shop, although I did enjoy some of the 'puzzles' of the second quest. Albeit annoying at times. Could've done with big xp rewards but I'm an exp [bleep] so. Daily spins gave a second set of recharge gems, not sure whether I'll use of Agility or RC just yet, so they'll stay banked until I come to a decision, even with a daily rc challenge and - if I don't do RC today - an Agility challenge tomorrow. Also got my hands on a Pendant of FM, which unfortunately doesn't work with the Book of Char, but does however, make for some nice xp drops at the Jad Lair. Anyways, this is the method I use for BoC ( ). I manage around 60-70k xp on average but I'm sure someone with better clicks could hit the 100k easily.

That's a big understatement. On top of all the other XP giveaways this year, it's gamebreaking. I don't usually give much credence to veterans who state "We did it the hard way" but it's becoming increasingly difficult to say that their achievements aren't being devalued to junk. The achievements mean nothing already. But the achievements mean nothing outside of a personal realm. There are many updates - giveaways or otherwise - the add to the "devaluing" of "achievements" - Runespan a prime example. What about penguins giving exp every week. DEVALUED OH NO. It's only such if you let yourself believe it to be, and youre going to for a number of reasons, not just a shitty aura that gives exp away once a day.
