So. The new update. Not sure how I feel about the effigy nerf. I mean, I haven't been one to hoard (brb being Nerdbomber) but at the same time it was nice to have a few in the bank when I did get a lucky streak in b2b tasks. It does, however, speed up my schedule of getting 95 mining and 93 thieving. And whilst I've never really hunted for effigies, it'd still be nice to see some regularly froom slaying whilst I'm still on it. (And with only 12 needed for 88 RC and much easier stew for double nats, double heck!). Today's "stuff". Did TOG, which is now going on Cons. 175 tears for 10.5k xp. Given that I was 100 tears at ~1/3 bar, I was disappointed not to hit 200 again, but alas, xp is xp. My weekly "slayer tab" pic:- Hmm. Not included are Pess drops and a RDT drop of 209 addy ore (~340k) This includes the clues I've been doing (Captain Obvious, noting the Sara Plate). DMed was a drop from KBD while I killed him a few times (~13 before I went back to standard black drags). Obviously this doesn't cover any runes (I'm up to ~22k fires) or herbs that aren't disposed of via Herbicide. With 91 crafting costing priced at ~4.18m at med, if all goes to plan, this will cover that. Sad. No posts. Anywho. Been keying a bit more lately. It is faster getting DGs formed as keyer than waiting around and all that crap. Getting some decent times with mostly little or no deaths. Now 4959k from 115. I completed this "week's" Jadinko set. I had no intention of doing so, but with ~200k needed for Level 86 - giving me a boost to 95 Hunter - I figured this would be a convenient way of getting the level and not wasting the 95 Herb/Hunt effigy (below) on Herblore. Ended up gaining 200k in ~80 minutes, with all the Jadinkos caught and hunting Draconics + Commons with 30 minutes of boost, and Zammy Favour + Arctic Bear + Scentless. Would've done approximately 160k in the hour of just doing Dracs and Commons whilst boosted. This, of course, got me to 86 Hunter: Fortunately, I was able to get both Hunt rocks in the process. This leaves me with 1 agile, 1 cooking, 2 mining and 2 thieve rocks left to get for Statue Completion on Friday (17 or 18, not sure). Two effigies whilst slaying today. One at Irons, one at Hellhounds:- Effigy #1: 91 Fishing, 93 Woodcutting, 95 Hunter (Mudbath), 97 Agile (Citadel) Effigy #2: 91 Woodcutting, 93 Mining (hnnnng), 95 Fish (Admiral pie), 97 Construction (Assisted, not waiting until 93 Thieve). 212986xp gained, with only 35k of that being "wasted" on a 99 skill" 2 Dragonkin lamps and 16 peng points spent:- Tried 6 stews, best I could get was +3. I will have to hunt for more orange spice, but am going to keep slaying in hopes of more effigies for 88 (13 effigies until 88, less with pengs/JOAT depending on how long it takes really). My other "achievement" for the week thus far:- Had a vyres task. Figured I'd collect and burn the last 100 for max upgrade. Loot was garbage. Selling trimmed comp req.
