I'm assuming that effigy is going to be used to teach new players about the skill in some way. Given that Buthorpe is where Slayer (theoretically) begins (although, this assumes you are coming into slayer with combat < 20) this is no surprise to me. Nice pickup though, didn't even blink when I saw the flag.

I'm not attacking the notion of self-responsibility. Anything to reduce government intervention is GOOD in my eyes. I'm trying to disseminate what arbitrary cutoff (if any) you are going to apply when you say LAW BREAKERS should have rights taken away. There is a significant difference for instance, between someone J-Walking, to someone who murders. But it is dangerous, even without car intervention. Falling off a bike can cause severe brain damage, which, whilst not necessarily being a "danger" to society, can (in countries like mine with Public Healthcare available) cause significant cost to the taxpayer.

This. In the case of making meth - I do not see how anyone is forced to do so as was said earlier. If criminals do something stupid and dangerous that is their own choice and responsibility. "Innocent" law-abiding people should not be put at a disadvantage because of a law-breaker's stupidity, nor do I see why tax payers should be paying for non-essential health care if the injuries were caused by a law-breaking action such as creating drugs. Where do you stop with this logic? Drunk drivers? Underage drinkers? Riding without a helmet (well, atleast in Aus, riding a bicycle without a helmet is illegal). How far down the criminal chain do we create an arbitrary cutoff to decide who deserves help and who doesn't. And, as for the "stupid and dangerous" comment, people do that all the time, regardless of legality. What about smokers? Whilst not illegal, it is stupid and dangerous, should we give them treatment? Speediing. Drink driving. Downloading music. Prostitution. Riding iwthout a helment All low-level crimes, but all crimes none the less. So, based on the quote (specifically the bolded) you think people who do these things deeserve to be stripped of most of their human rights? Well, we've just cut a HUGE segment of the populus down haven't we.

Another 135 frosts killed in [time yak lasts here]. Had bought Full Bandos, zerker ring, claws and fury before hand, was weird being in proper gear again. Another 1.8m profit (135 bones, some junk, 1k cballs used, 1 effigy). From there went to bandos for an FFA duo, which began with disaster, I got downed, my mate blessed and got killed next killed (dat tank [bleep]up). We ended up getting organised and back, pulling about 40-50 kills. 1 effigy for me, and no grand drops. Both effigies were self-completed:- #1: 91 Agile, 93 Summoning, 95 Herb, 97 Fish #2: 91 Fish, 93 Summoning, 95 FM, 97 Cook Free 61k on RC. Leveled Cons. Used 1 SC hammer (oak larders) to get both cons rocks and enough xp for the level:- 3k from 85 Hunter (85+). I have to do the Jadinko weekly event thing, so that will easily carry me over the line (I'll get rocks here). Ended up selling back tassets/claws and profiting out by ~600k. Dlegs/bcp will satisfy me for now till I pull some more cash in.

To answer the question regarding Shattered Heart, you can build your statue once every 7 days, and it's 7 days from your last completion. I the first one I've done in this cycle of attempting to complete the POH statue, and have all the rocks ready to go by the next Friday. Same deal, but you just have to pick your day to complete it.

Haha ty. Swap RC levels plz kthx. Spent ~50 minutes at frosts (ran out of CBalls between overload doses 9 and 10). Turm is so, so, so very fun to use. Anyway, for the price of 1k cballs and some poots:- 1 effigy: 91 hunter, 93 Mining, 95 Summoning, 97 FM. Another 30k RC xp. Enjoying this aspect of RS again, not so much the skilling, so I'm contemplating some XP goals (xp waste hi) that will hopefully pull in some cash and effigies that'll make skilling easier/faster/whatever. Also completed a clue, junk + Zammy Plate (hi 900k-ish).

Finished Jungle Wyrms task. Got black dragons (58). Killed 22 KBDs in 8 overload doses (buying faster respawn please hagex). 100 Yews, 100 iron ore, burying bones for more prayer (lub dat demonhorn). Last kill gave an effigy: 91 agile, 93 summon, 95 FM, 97 Herb. Lamped RC (30.4k). Yes, slayer. Yes.
