The original idea was to make the wildy active again, thinking that we'd all go it alone and PK anyone and everyone. A short-sighted view, considering how quickly it became dominated by WBPK (WBs1). Rules are set by FCs to keep you safe® and to minimise damage of crashers. But you know that because it has been repeated many times already.

You need practice more than anything, once you get back into the groove you should only be getting troll deaths, nothing more. But whatever man, if you thin it's a huge issue then avoid it. I can't help you anymore if you want to ignore the advice.

What do you mean by bonus xp? What is it (lamps or what)? Bonus from Barb Horn and SC Tools is now storable as 'bonus' xp, so you empty the horn/harpoon as you BA and repeat, rather than having to (in terms of BA) use up the bonus before being able to refill. Came as a consequence of the Bonus XP Rework. The rework also allows for use of SC Harpoons to boost all fishing xp (for Gnr it's c2s), rather than being limited to harpoon activities.
