Ok, so I just reached level 85 smithing, should I continue making Steel platebodies or? I am starting to get low on money, now aswell so, I would appreciate a nice answer that included me not going broke, but stil not making crappy xp/hour
-
Sorry I dont fully understand, superheating an item gives 75xp (this includes the smithing exp also I presume) high alching gives 65xp, how can there be a 2x more difference in xp in the two? (before using Gauntlets) Just to make sure, you are talking about the level 43 spell 'SuperHeat Item' right?

Would you care to explain this abit further, This is all new to me. It would be very kind of you =) Superheating gold ore's wouldn't that mean I loose 251gp (102-214-139=-251), per superheat instead of 48gp per high alch... ?

Hello I am wondering what the most efficient way of leveling magic is nowdays. As it stands with the current market value's I will loose roughly 48gp per ' High Alching - Yew Long's ' Is it stil a decent way to level up magic? If not what is? My stats are 76 magic, I have access to Lunar.

Thinking of starting to play again need some advice
devour85 replied to devour85's topic in Help and Advice
Thank you all for your fast responses, greatly appreciated =) Extra big thanks to 'Bonesman', for telling me alot of stuff I did not know about. I think il skip the 'Frost Dragon Bone's' part though, it seems abit to expensive for me (though not that big a dif between ~60mil and ~78mil lol). Is it stil the same procedure as in... teleport to house with full inventory and full inventory on a pet and then just use them on altar? (Nothing new on that front, in terms of any item or something that helps to speed up the usage of Guilded-Altar) Also is Abyssal Demons stil decent for Charms and other loot aswell or do you have any other monster to recommend to me with said stats of: 73 Summoning, 87 Slayer. 13K bones only take 11-12 hours??? Thanks in advance again tip.it =) -
Hello I am thinking of starting to play runescape again I have not been playing for a very very long time and I was planning to start with leveling my combat level up abit so here's my questions. 1. I am planing to level up prayer in order to get my combat level up more, and to do this I am wondering if Dragon Bone's @ G-altar is stil the smoothest way to level it up or is there any other way? 2. I will need roughly 13K Dragon Bones @ G-altar to get to Prayer level 90, how long time would this take with this method? ( I dont plan to play nearly as hardcore as I have done in the past just 2-3 hours tops a day) 3. Is it a good time to be leveling Prayer? (I mean Dragon bone economy wise) 4. My stats are 99 attack 99 str 99 def 80 Prayer 73 Summoning 87 Slayer, 75 Magic. Any good idea on what to farm for rare loot these days? ( Preferably trough combat ) Thx in advance, tip it community

Telle tabs ftw. Grads on the level! ~Joe. Ive never used or purchased a Teletab in my whole runescape career :notalk: For every Emerald and every Sapphire i came across i cut and banked, then i crafted em to like 100 Rings of Dueling or Games Necklaces and asked my friends to enchant em for me, whenever i ran out of those 2 i basicly had gems for 100+ new gems of each ready to be crafted=) If id let say i wanted get to say Waterfall dungeon (fire giants):, I first glory tele'd to karamaja ran to brimhaven dock, then took boat from there ran to ardougne north banked and then ran up to the waterfall dungeon. You know small things like that you get used to after awhile it was skipping every 3or 4th task(GOOD FAST XP) that required alot extra time. :ohnoes: ~ Sir RunAlot ~ :ohnoes:

I simply wanted to make my character a bit diffrent then all the other players in runescape, something that may even be rare or unique i lvled it as a old-runescape pure and it just flowed that way. my next goal is to be 125 or 126 combat maintaining a magic lvl of 10 and maybe 99 slayer along the way we'l see :-k :) :ohnoes: ~ Sir RunAlot ~ :ohnoes:

I just reached my longtime RS goal of achieving Slayer 85 in order to kill the Abyssal Demon's myself :!: :D :D :D It was a very very tedious but fun yourney with alot of drops along the way and it took way longer then i expected it to be, and having almost 1 in magic lvl doesnt help much either, wich kinda means i had to skip basicly every single task, were the monster attacks is magic based  (for those that doesnt know, Your magic lvl + defence + gear = how much you get hit, ie. some of the best fast high XP mobs such as: Bloodvelds, Jellies, Infernal mages and so forth hit you 8 out of 10 attacks, at lvl defence 85+ & having 125+ magic defence in gear!) Here's 2 pictures (yea i screwed up recently and got to lvl 6 magic after a stupid quest, not that it matters tho the best thing i can cast is level - 9 Earthstrike roflmao, wich i wont do cause i dont want any more magic XP! ) Anyhow that was all, keep working on your dreams and 1 day you'b be there to whatever it may be;) :ohnoes: ~ Sir RunAlot ~ :ohnoes:

For fast and cheap i would use: Iron knifes if im rich as a mother***** id use: Red chinchompas (cheating) as for eq Black Dhide set Robin set Archer ring Fury and so on.. :-X
-
Thieving: 31 to 53 No answer really i know guards are very good and wilderness is also good need food for the best spots. Agility: 40 to 56 Brimhaven is good idunno if u got lvl for it tho, buy/make some agility pots for faster exp Herblore: 29 to 45 Check out whats the best potion that you can mass produce and do it shouldnt take to long, plan your route to wanted lvl carefully. and ofc FARMING HELPS alot. Ranged: 75 to 80 I personally use iron/steel knifes i find that the best and cheapest way to XP. If your rich use Red chinchompas at a multi combat area. Fishing: 53 to 60 Feathers is the way to go you will be dropping alot tho =( then lobbies Mining: 55 to 60 No answer Woodcutting/Firemaking: 56 to 65 Willows ftw! time needed not much ;)

Wich one is the fastest option for strength training (P2P)
devour85 replied to devour85's topic in Help and Advice
purepure4774 A question: did you do this (old) way before or after PC? :) Anyhow thanks to everyone who helped me get a picture of the current situation for lvling any melee skill ;) I will most likely use all of them to not get bored of training nonstop melee, and in the end prolly get the last 1 or 2 points to 99, at Experiments/Bandits for some much needed HP xP :D /Cheer's :XD: -
Hi im wondering wich one is the fastest option for strength training (P2P) #-o =======================================| 1. Pest Control (veteran) / XP hour = :?: 2. Dharoking - X monster / XP hour = :?: 3. ??? / XP Hour = :?: =======================================| Thank you for any answers about your own personal experience concerning this matter, I do realize the XP per hour differ from individual to individual. (Also please state your Combat lvl & Att, that be most helpfull) :P // :ohnoes:
