  1. Erm... Kharidian Desert...? ?

On a related note, I just got elixir from wraith. I would say elixir rate for wraith is triple that of Corp.
  3. Great update! :D Alchemy value reduced for crystal bows? Hmm...that seems like a bad move.
  4. Eh? I find armored zombies to be faster due to the easiness of the altar recharge, but I haven't done any official tests I suppose.

Logging in and out doesn't work, maybe because you aren't registered as leaving the area. They become unaggressive every 15-20 minutes, I think. Hope that helps! :)
  6. Here are some great spots, but some require quests: -Bandits (no quest required) Always aggressive if you are wearing a Saradomin or Zamorak item -Zombie Monkeys (Monkey Madness started) Close to an altar, can be 90k+ /hr -Armored Zombies (Defender of Varrock started) Close to an altar, piety allows for 100k+ /hr training -Slayer is also a great way to train, with a balance of good drops and experience (with the slayer helm 15% boost)

Go upstairs and then back down again, and their aggressive state should reset :) If that doesn't work, try going all the way back up to the lighthouse.

Rock lobster bursting is actually VERY satisfying :D Fast magic exp + great charm drops, what more could one want?
  9. Well, now that I think about it, DamageShare should have a CS variant. Edited.

Either buy out a skill that will be helpful in the long run (like 99 prayer or ranging) or find one that you enjoy. I would go with a combat skill, as that can REALLY help in PvP, God Wars, etc. All Skills 70+/80+/90+ goals are also nice ones to go for, as they make training a lot more varied and not as endless. If you haven't already, go for a quest cape! They are a lot of fun :D

I did Corporeal Beast mass for 3 weeks, and saw 3 elixirs and 2 sigils. I would estimate sigil to about 2x-2.5x the rarity of a hilt, and elixir maybe about half of that. Estimate only, and 3 weeks isn't enough of a test.
  12. Expect the messenger in around half an hour, and also note that you do not need the agility level for the messenger to arrive (I remember getting the messenger when going to start my agility training ;)) Good luck!
  13. Taking Bones to Peaches tabs is a good substitute (or addition) to a healing familiar. If you cannot take a bunyip, take a BoB with extra food. Expect shorter trips, but you will still get lots of profit. Prayer is just too costly in my opinion, and it gives you a worse range attack bonus.
  14. Edge of the Kharidian Desert? In my opinion the color is misleading, as most of it is due to the lighting effects and background color. I will try to take a picture with these turned off.
  15. I would say the popular option is Aviansies. Sure it can get crowded, but the extreme amounts of profit and great ranged exp makes it all worthwhile. Aviansies Notable Drops: Rune Dagger(p++) alchs for 4.8kgp Adamantite Bar(4 noted) the main drop, around 9k value, fairly common Runite Limbs, should be alched Clue Scrolls (level 3) you'll get 1 every trip Runes and Feathers (they build up) Overall, the kill:bar ratio is usually close to 1:1. You can expect large amounts of profit from training here, around 26m from 96-99 (my friend did that). Tanking method > prayer method. Prayer -> less profit. Best of luck! :D
  16. Locations: Ape Atoll or Chaos Tunnels mummies Ape Atoll: More HP -> More Xp but no drops CT Mummies: less HP -> less hp but occasional ancient staff drop + blue charms Inventory: Full take maybe 24 prayer potions and 4 ranging potions, or some similar ratio. I usually take 1k-2k chins a trip, it all depends on your prayer level. Melee prayer at all times. Forge regent familiar helps a lot as well. I would recommend the 10% Hawk Eye prayer, as it is much more efficient to use. Good luck! Range ftw! :D
  17.
  18. I can confirm this, I used this safespot when doing this quest, although I was not a TIFer at the time ;)
  19. Oh my. Nice find. My guess is it is another random event area, but where.... My theory is that Randoms are all together at one part of the map. This could either be another random area, or the Matrix is at the end of it, and this is the start of the world :o
  20. Hi there. I've been browsing through the Tip.it quest guides, and I have noticed that many guides (particularly the older quests before HD was released) contain old/low quality JPEG or just outdated images. Would it be a bad idea for these guides to get an HD makeover, similar to the way the Bestiary is being touched up? An example of what I'm talking about is the Legends' Quest guide, I feel that those pictures could be in a bit better shape :P I realize that a point about image loading time could be made, which is why I'm asking if this is worth going into. Personally, since I venture into old quest areas quite often (because of my True World Map thread), I would be able to provide any needed pictures to make the old guides look quite nice  (I wouldn't be able to take screenshots of cutscenes, which is how other players who haven't done these quests could help). Just a thought. EXAMPLE: Current Legends' Quest pictures: HD Replacements:
  21. It would seem to me that you are in the Waterfall Dungeon and the strange dungeon is the Goblin Dungeon from Land of the Goblins, and One Small Favor, and some other quests. It's location makes sense spatially, but the level does not correspond, as the Waterfall level should be 1-2 levels higher. Also, I went there and found that the quest version of the dungeon is adjacent to the post-quest version. Hippodo, feel free to PM me that map you mentioned earlier :)
  22. I agree with this. Laws are way too easily made nowadays.
