i pk for thrills. i dont care so much about making money as long as i can support myself by having enough food and ideal equipment. its also fun to kill ppl and see them cry after they lose their precious armor :twisted:

who says the hp will be 10. it will be something like 30. and if i need more ill train range so it can be something like 40 err. idk. but it seems fast because imo magic and training trains much faster than str and is easier to train. it just costs money. Being a mage pure, your hp will be way too low, and you will have NO defence against rangers AND melee. And since a lot of pures use range/2h tactic, you will be ripped apart. Trust me, I have ripped apart MANY mage pures at my pure's levl (47), sometimes even if they safe a little, because range is too fast. Mage pures are good at low levels, but since you have to be at least 20 to enter pvp worlds, mages arent that effective anymore other than in a team. yea but my combat will be 30ish

Anyway, here's a conversation I had with a level 65 passing by. I was training stun on the Zamorak mage in Varrock Castle. I was wearing full iron with mud battlestaff. Noob: wht wep is that? Me: Mud Battlestaff, it gives unlimited earth/water runes. Noob: i thot staffs were a stick with a color on top Me: this one is different I guess Noob: nah its prob a glitch, u should report it Me: no I'm 100% sure it's not a glitch ~~extremely awkward pause for 20 seconds :shock: :-s ~~ Noob: lawl why the full iron, u look liek a noob Me: it helps for training stun efficiently Noob: lawl?? melee armor gives negative mage bonus noob, ur 110 u should no tht Me: :wall: :wall: :wall: I want the spell to fail so I can keep casting it Noob: just use auto cast then u dont have to click as much, read the kbase Me: you can't autocast stun Noob: yes u can u need a staff i think tho Me: :wall: :wall: :wall: This is a staff.... Noob: whats it called again? I logged out. Had to eat dinner anyway :( Sure he could have not known about the fact that you can't cast 2 successful stuns in a row, but the other stuff isn't very excusable :roll: lol

its not wat melee needs i think they need to make some improvement in magic or range if anything.

For all of u ppl who r experts on combat levels plz come. i have set out my goal and they r the following stats cmb:53 attack:40 Str:70 Def:1 Range:72 Magic:70 HP:70 This is actually proven and i know someone who has these stats. now i am really worried about hp. i want a good hp. hell it makes u survive. i dont want too low and i dont want it too high. too high makes more unnecessary cmb levels and to low makes me die more. i want to have an edge over other pkers. these ones r just the attack and str ones. they have a slightly lower hp level. so melee and range im not worried about. the real problem is magic. wat advice can u give me. its unpredictable. i can hit 0s and i really cant control that. wat do i do. my plan is to stop leveling magic at 50. and then finish my range and melee to 70. then see how many more hp i need then if i have more than needed ill either stop or just alch.

i got attack and strength to 40 and all is well because im leveling quickly at flesh crawlers. food costs a bit higher and i thought that it would be wise to get my range and magic up to 40 as well. now the question is where? minotaurs seem... slowish. my range and magic level are now 30. currently i am training range on zombies in varrock sewer. they r nice because they r 100xp+ per kill. where do i train for magic? same thing? hobgoblins? plz make them safespots

i dont understand why everyone loves curses? am i missing something? personally just attack lessers. good xp and nice for ur hp level.

fishers r fishing them. the real problem in my opinion is the one jagex actually started. this is the trading gaps. fishers want to sell massive amounts of fish but they just cant do it due to the trade gaps. personally im just training my pure and avoiding these economic crashes until things settle in. first month of pvp is prooved to become crazy. however i do think that the supply of armors, scimmys, and lobbs will be generally higher then before because there is pking. the prices will be the same as before when there was the old wild. so scims were like 30k? and lobbs were 250?

not only this but merchants and investors r buying lobsters hoping they go up. so its pkers and merchants vs skillers.

the best pvp pure would be just a main prefereably 99. ppl make pures for the only reason that it doesnt take that long to train it. otherwise u should just work off ur main.

personally i think that prices wont go back to normal :o they will be where they were before when they was no GE and there was old wild. rune scimmy i believe was 30k back then and i think thats wat it will be now. it will keep being that. why? because pking is back and scimitars as well as 2h and lobbs will stay at its new price. because they r always in demand. only way i see it going down is if jagex take away pking again or if pkers go on strike which they wont.

so every price will remain high forever. just like before old wildy?

after the pvp update many items have risen. these include wat many classify as pking equipment. ex pkers and stakers came back after almost a year and have money to spend. the items that r in high demand include: food ( lobster to even sardines jumped up high), potions (str pots have gone up), rune weapons (scimitars and rune 2h, the most used weapons have increased alot), armor (rune armors i believe also went up) now. my question is ... will these prices go back to normal. if so how long? it may be possible that they stay up there for a long time. it was a sudden increase and nobody saw it coming and now all ppl want is food and weps. + trading gaps r also there. can someone tell me for how long it will take for prices to go back to normal and for how much longer will they be rising. i want a rune scimitar cuz i just got 40attack on my pure but its 20k. will it go back to 30k like the good ole days?

im not looking to profit. only xp matters.

Hey. i dont know much about ankous, a powerful creature located in the last level of the SoS. i heard that they r very good xp to those who have 90+ stats. i am not one of those ppl but it interests me because i have heard that they have a safespot which might be a solution to high level range training. can u tell me about this safespot. is this good range training for f2p. and wat levels r recommended to start shooting them at. thx all.

when u do slayer and range prayer xp will come along.

nice. there really isnt great drops u can get in f2p but uve gotten one of the best ones.

yeah id figure that such a big update would cause chaos. thats why before im pking im waiting a good 2-3 weeks until everything really settles in. and besides im working on my stats. :thumbsup:

i was actually wondering the same thing. i always thought that it meant to actually shoot them on top of the mountain. there r many and it seems reasonable xp.
