That's what I love about Tequila (although my friends aren't too keen.) Always tastes clean to me. I'm willing to drink it till liver failure. Though tbh I haven't tried Goldschlager, so not really a fair comparison.

Hey so....
TPE is common buffer used for DNA electrophoresis. The buffer contains 89.0 mM Tris, 23.0 mM Phosphate, 2mM, EDTa as final conc. The final pH is 8.3. The 10x stock soln, is normally prepared. The Tris powder (mol wt 121.14), Phosphoric acid H3PO4 (liquid 91.3% pure, denisty 1.61g/ml, mol wt 98) and a 0.5M EDTA stock soln. You need to make up 1L of TPE, how would you do this [bleep] ?

Found out it's relatively easy to transfer to combined eng (or pure eng) degree of choice - was thinking either mech or aero, and can enter with my existing uni cp. :thumbup:
