Here is a list of the different programs used to make sigs, most people here use Adobe Photoshop. http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=12046 Once you have it, you can go to a site like http://www.good-tutorials.com/ and follow some of their tutorials to get started.

MUCH better then your first, I like it. The only thing I would suggest is that you change the tokeing cheif font.

The only thing I don't like about it is the s, I think it looks awful, besides that 7/10.

The stars in the background could use some work.

Very bright, I don't like them much except 3 & 4.

I don't think the bold lines on the left go well with the smoother look on the right side. It doesn't really do much for me, 6.5/10.
