Alright, I'll get to work on the foreground, make it a bit more interesting.

I cooked something up. Not completely happy with it, but meh. Totally handbrushed, or should I say mousebrushed, with the default round brush. Hope you like it, changes can be made.

Heres a few tips for the background, as it's lacking at this moment. The mountains. They start at the same points, with a flat base? The foreground is flat, really flat. Mountains don't grow out of straight ground. Wait, mountains don't grow at all, but oh well, you get the point. Try some hills in front of the mountains, and perhaps try to give the mountains a bit more original shape by shading them differently., mountains aren't perfectly round, as you tried to shade them. They have dents, cliffs, etc.. There's alot more to a mountain then a cone-shape.. Also, according to the lengths of the arms, the legs are too short, increase the length of the legs a bit. The hat, its right on top his head? Hats are usually put on a hat, where they overlap with the hat for a decent part. This one just seems to sit on top of the head. The hair, why does he have hair at the sides, yet not at the back of his head? Onto the shading. The robes, they don't look like robes. They look quite flat. You need some more contrast there, and some folds too. I know, drawing correct fold is hard, but the only way to learn is to practice. It is not bad, but it could use alot of work. Please, don't take this the wrong way, it's here to help you.

I guess you could call that 'my style'. I don't like crowded skies. I use skies to get some more colour-contrast in the sig, and I like em simple. Thanks for the idea though ;)

If you want to see it as ahrims, that's fine with me :P Oh, and there are some minor updates I'm doing, shadow of the tentacles on the lava, a darker shadow at the characters feet because of the books glow.. I'm glad everyone likes it

Looks like WoW to me, am I correct? It looks nice, but I've got a few idea's already, might take some bits off of it though.. Heres and update, bigger lava pool, with a giant octopus-like creature living in it :D I'm liking the colours I've got here, rather bold.

o.O No pink shirts for me :lol: It's going to some made-up armour, perhaps based off of rs.. I'm sure I had some sketches.. somewhere around here.. O.o

I know, the main idea was to take a really done-to-death subject, and turn it into something original. But you are right, I might have to change that outfit.. :lol: The shadow was just a little shadow, the finished version will have correct shadows in the ground, I promise :P Thanks people :) And no, nobody here is going to get this sig, lol.
