Eyes are in the middle of a human head, not at the top. They're also alot smaller than you drew em. The hair looks un-conditioned. Really stiff, not really like hair, more like a bad wig. Try to make it a bit more 'flow-ish', with alot more swoosh in there.

Amen, your metal needs alot of work. It needs more contrast, and alot less dithering. I made a little edit to show what I mean. I reshaded the right half of the paladin. The rest of the sig looks cool, hair/beard could use some work, but the fire and shark are great.
