RuneScape Information

  1. Very nice guide...im just a bit confused, what are the runes for in the starting inventory?
  2. "Well it looked like he wasn't lying..." "Dang, they got me!" "I hope you choke on my poison!" "May Zamorak eat your liver!" I dunno, just random gravestones, haha
  3. I believe the Pendulum can swing both ways...but the turkey cannot fly south for the winter...ok forgot that last phrase :? As was previously mentioned, it could take out the middle man, some profiting more than other now. But as for the others, i think prices could raise because of harder competition, or they could decrease due to accessibility. So, will it "kill" merchanting? I dont think so, I think we should be prepared for something to happen though.
  4. I actually love doing clues, and I have a set inventory while doing them. Being as most of the clues I do are lvl 3, my setup is prepared for sara mages! Lol, but, aside from the food, this setup should work for just about anything. The 5 Clue Pieces (Scroll, Shovel, tant, Watch, Map) 5 monks (for Sara Mage) 10 laws, and 10 of each elemental (plus air staff) Ectophial, Games Necklace, Ring of Duel Then, items equipped: Helm of Neitznot Fighter Torso Black Dhide chaps Dds, Rune Defender Shilo Gloves (shilo tele) Glory Then spotty cape and light boots... And that covers it! I can generally get a clue done in 10-20 minutes...(Did one today in 5!) Other things are optional, such as more teles, food, or pots! For wildy clues, i usually go with nothing but the 5 Clue essentials and a dds
  5. I personally enjoyed the article, fairly much so! I also believe it's true. Despite most of what qeltar said, i believe people have a good opinion over the article, so kudos to you! Open to any criticizm, lol!
  6. well i tried solo kbd for the first time, and it worked! i only went prepared to kill 1 kbd, and i got it! it also really helped out with team kbd trips, when every1 uses the strategy, you get great results! (2dmeds)
  7. from your post i gained the conclusion that every business is only concerned with the money they make, and the amount of people coming in, so when you say you could do a better job, it seems you are going against all that you just said. i for one, dont believe jagex is in it just for the money, i think after all this time, they arent worried about how much they make ive seen jmods walking around a few times, and there are some players (pmods) that see them nearly every day. they really are concerned for players, and we see that all the time. i think there is much more going on than just making money...i believe there are trying to give people something they can enjoy for a long time
  8. couldnt be farther from the truth! ive thought of so many ideas to ridding macroes...but pure skillers kinda mess it up...but oh well i personally have a pure skiller, only reason being i can do anything i want on him...when my main account cant hold something like rune ess to craft, i use him
  9. i think the hood looks pretty sweet, i didnt have a chance to vote, but that may have been my choice. i think they did a good job, so there isnt a need to complain i think every1 should be happy it wasnt more reindeer antlers or chicken suits...and plus, they cant give you a godsword, its a fun, holiday item! so, be grateful, please, for the whole of us
  10. very very well said, and i believe its something very very few realize. i read somewhere (from a j-mod) that they ban over 10k accounts every week, so when people say they do nothing, its really disheartening i think its time for people to realize jagex is really working hard to give people something they can enjoy!
  11. now now, havent you heard? taking phats away would: 1. destroy the economy, it would shortly fall apart...who knows why? 2. how unfair is it to players that have party hats, and they are suddenly taken away? 3. and lastly, they are a symbol of status and skill not useless in the least
  12. i think the first and main reason i would go for a SC is because of the look. so often in this game do i spend time to look cool, lol. i also enjoy some of the skills, of course now, as for the capes i want, Slayer (looks), Agility (looks and uses), then prayer (all round) hefty goals, which is also another reason to get one, these are capes rarely seen! i want to feel individual!
  13. oh gosh...i think some of the most useless things would have to be: Money in f2p tiles...(i dont think any1 has said that yet...oh well) macroes, of course the potion bought in the varrock apothecary (i think some1 else mentioned it) and...spinach rolls!
  14. very well done, it was worth my 20 minutes! Ive been thinking about doing kbd trips, and maybe even mith drags, so this helps quite a bit! 10/10! as for other guides...im sure just about anything would be helpful...how you make a majority of your money possibly?
  15. No, it certainly does not, but Jagex asks us to report any and all suspicious behavior, not talking when talked to, odd names with sequence/simple words, not collecting rare drop, common, and or arrows, is considered suspicious. Good guide, where exactly is the dungeon, I can't find the cave :-k He is absolutely right, you wont get in trouble for reporting a suspicious bot, when it turns out to be a player. I think when a certain amount of proof comes toward being a bot, go for it! and about getting picked to be a mod...its not about making billions of reports, its about your conduct, and ability to show you can hold that responsibility good guide tho! one more way to annoy those pesky bots!
