Close, but not quite. Heck, I don't really know what it is, so you could be right. Iron titan with the use of Iron Within scrolls. Basically thee 3 strong melee attacks. Nope, the scroll animation he kinda lifts up his arms and the top of him glows. I kinda took the picture at a bad time, the full animation is he slams his hands together and a...thing comes and hit the enemy, it hit like 26...and the titan's max is 23.
