Wow, this guide is amazing, I really enjoy guides that explain the basics and good monsters but don't say to train here until this level. Also in the Update section the hide tags are messed up, I dk how to fix them. ~Knotch

Uh, I've never powertrained any of my skills. I've never had an "alch" session, from straight 40 melee I've never trained w/o slayer, etc. It's more of a personal belief. I like to pick up my drops, and Yaks/Experiments/Ogres are more of a camping spot. I guess I'll try yaks, to 60 then Ogres/Fire Giants to 70. Should I wear a RoL/RoW/or another ring? Any other suggestions/tips/setups? ~Knotch

I just realized how much respect I have for you, I tried smithing steel and almost exploded, tried mining and a similiar thing happened. And my stats are nub to yours. I am going for level 55 at the Chaos Druid Tower near Ardougne. Where should I go from there? Unless absolutely necessary I don't want to do Yaks, Ogres, or Experiments. ~Knotch

@ Kent/Pant/Sentry, Just an idea. Because the main process of "processing" skills [smithing/Herblore/Summon] is to gather ingredients and make a product. To compare Herblore to Summoning... Charms are Herbs Shards/Pouches are Vials w/ Water Seconds are well... Seconds. With the gathering of Charms/Herbs being the main part, there are a few places to get them efficiently, however... Seconds are the wild card in the equation, which is where, in my experience, most people buy. But the people who gather/want to gather, need the places to gather them efficiently like the charms/herbs. So, just my Two Cents, the Knowledge of Gathering Seconds, is as crucial to the skill as is the gathering of the main ingredients. ~Knotch

They're best meleed, but when you get a Troll task, you can get Ranged up by using this method: http://www.truthscape.com/html/ts_Truth ... ingGui.htm But when meleeing, ALWAYS use the Black Mask, it adds 15% Strength and Attack to monsters on your task, which is VERY helpful. Once you can, make a Slayer Helmet, [smoking Kills Quest Req.] it contains most of the "helmet" gear you'll need including black mask. ~Knotch

Tbh, endless experience at the Minotaurs in the SoS. They drop iron arrows and there is a great safespot, but cannoning would be the least cost effective, fastest experience. ~Knotch

I haven't done the Stronghold of Safety or whatever they call it on my main, but I've heard that 'Roach Soldiers drop some decent stuff, any safespots worth fire striking from there? ~Knotch

I'm making a tank for the new pvp updates, and getting about... 45 Attack 45 Strength 60 Defence 60 Range 60 Mage 40 :\ Prayer and [X] Amt. of Hits. Anyway, I'm pretty confident in training all of those with profit or for free. Except mage. Now I've heard FoG, but I've never done it before and I currently have 1 Defence so... Any ideas, I trained to 13 Magic on cows not profiting but breaking even on cowhides.... Is there anything I can train on from 13 Mage onwards with a chance of breaking even? ~Knotch Btw, my Pure's name is Sheer Knotch. :D

Hi all, I recently gave up on my goal to 99 Hunter, it requires much too much focus for my current interest level. So I got around to thinking... Would getting 99 Fletching/Cooking/or Firemaking be a good way to sort of set the pace for my future goals? Would it be a way to get the feel for a 99? Some could say it's a practice 99 :D Anyway, I would like your thoughts and ideas on having a warm-up with fletching/cook/fm. ~Knotch P.S.
