If you really take a step back firemaking is the fun amusing and fun skill. Really. See the game as a game and not as a level gaining simulation.

Experiments are crap, seriously. If you want good xp, go to rock crabs. They might hvae a lot more people, but there is proportionally more crabs than people, and it's multicombat there anyway, so just attack the same crabs as other people. And turn off public chat so you don't have to hear the kids yell at your for that... :roll: Rock crabs is tons of running. Don't get me wrong: i did tons of melee there. But I havent even been there in ages. Talk about old school 8)

Mully! You said everything I wanted to say! Well written! To clearify something (I think some of you misread mageys post); We here at TIF do not think JAGex' quests are stupid, boring or needless. Magey pointed out that they are to frequent. The players dont have time to explore new areas, mini-games or any of the updates because of the new quests comming out so often. Take me for example: I cant stand see a 'red quest topic' in my quest book. I have to logg in immediately when a quest comes out and do it (im obsessed I know). Im a cb 124 but have yet to explore the barrows! I simply have no time! Thats why I wholeheartedly agree with Mageys post! TO be serious: I absolutely love a well-designed quest before the guides come out. For instance, desert treasure, or this latest quest. In fact, my mage rank jumped by 5 because of the quest :lol: .

Well, I'm in my Junior year of HS, currently taking AP Calculus BC, and considering majoring in math, but I read more than anybody else I know. I am more geeky :x 16 years old in Thermo and Numerical analysis? :lol: Summer I'm going to Cornell for Nanotechnology research and whatnot. Glad to meet some fellows. It's not very good. They're a lazy kingdom I got like 10 herbs a day back when I cared. But theyre so bothersome I wouldn't do it, personally. However, max 20 with d b ax is Nice!

Actually, I do. Much quicker for me just to melee them with Barrows, DDS and Whip than to spend ages trying to kill them with a Dragon Halberd. I use verac + whip and d square, hallies should be removed, if you melee, fight like a man :roll: You make a very valid point, and I'm sure that the really rich, lazy, afkers will still buy guthan, but I know people who will rc like 40k ess just to get guthan, so they are not considered rich or poor, but in the middle. This spell is very helpful for these people in particular. You save tons of time by just guthaning. I trained with guthans at skeletons with whip and I was able to not waste any time banking or eating. I love it.

ive failed to see it do THAT, but many a times it has provided me to finish a duel without unloading a full special bar ;) Watch some decent pure pker vids, and you will see it do so. :wink: :D I am ze win K? Personally it's absolutely awesome for KO'ing. By that I mean max 100 damage, can hit again. There's almost nothing you can do about it if your def is too low. :D (off-topic: 83/99 str so I can 1hit people) Or try nonpure pking vids. I mean, it's cooler to see me kill someone than see a guy with 20 def kill someone because I put more at stake and I have higher max hits :lol:
