Hey, I am Dark sideus4. I have never been a big combat junkie, or into monsterhunting, but when wouter and stilly <3 got me hooked on DKs, i was...seriously hooked. Just the sight of those drops on the floor... So recently i found a new partner in ddr. He was on a big dry streak and we went, if i remember rightly we got to rare drops that day, although the memory is a bit rusty. We have stayed friends and have duoed and soloed quite a few trips since then, each time competing with each other for drops and exp ect. So we hit uppon the idea of making a blog, mainly to display our dk drops and intrests, as well as some other random levels we may pick up on the way. But, to make it more interesting we are going to race to 94 mage, he wants for the new pvp update...i want...to beat him :mrgreen: [hide=The road to 94 mage]This goal is a big one, for one it will be my first skill to hit 90+ and also a massive level because of all he fun that barrage can bring. There are rules to this race however, all exp, give or take 200k (allowing for exp from teles or alchs) must be from dks. So hopefully...some money will come along during that time :thumbsup: At the moment i am in the lead, with a slight margin, but with his longer playing time and his bunyip giving longer trips this could be a close run race, which...would be more fun =[) The reason i agreed to do this, other than the chance of showing up ddr, is to keep me motivated at dks. Its what i enjoy most, and i really hope to become ''a pro''. I must admit how white people are strictly not aloud to call black people anything like that in the slightest tense, and if said accidentally without meaning to you get accused harshly, while if black people do it to white people then not much happens really.. .. ..what has the world come to :thumbdown: Hmm that is true, however in the context of that picture...not really relevant. I mean, there is no way any of that is accidental. Its sad that people actually believe that a race of people is lower then another, and it sickens me when people say things like that in a game, designed mainly for children/teenagers. I am sorry to say that they were probly also young, with no knowlege of the world, and if your growing up with that attitude, it says something about your parents tbh. Personally i think you can make great money from just combat skills (gwd, dks ect). Meaning i would go with...range and def, for gwd i spose.

I think your wrong about what you say about mage beating range. When wearing karils magers, no matter what level have difficulty hitting you, also the freezing doesnt matter when you can hit them. If we say that the mager is wearing ahrims and no pray is involved, the ranger would win. No matter what spells the mager used, d bow spec + diamond (e)s will rip through ahrims, and the battle will be over. I would still say range, although againts mele it is much harder contest. It is difficult to hit through good defence armour, however still possible. Also with piety and godswords the meler will beat the ranger hands down. So it all depends on the scenario. And if you look, the combat triange still applies.

Surely someone who is deliberately loosing all of there items in bh, has time to go and get there hair back for free. I mean...what are you doing with your rs time with no items?!

I do not believe there is a glitch. As far as i am aware there is a 99% chance of your brother being ''in'' the chest. However it may not happen, and he may not spawn.

If someone was bug abbusing dilleberatly to get your items they would have to be [developmently delayed] to come and tell you as much. I mean, most likely you wouldnt remember his rsn so if hadnt pmed you, he would get away scott free. Most likely scenario is he was trying to scare you, I hope so anyway.

I have had that before also at Kalphites. I was using a cannon and someone came in, (no idea what level, but higher than me) and my cannon dissapeared, no warning like you. I went to the dwarf and it was there. Got it straight back, but was weird. Hope they get it fixed.

Reading this topic got me thinking, on what my first 99 would be based on, if i ever aimed seriously to get one. I think for me rarity would be the biggest factor. Getting something not many other people have is one of the only things you can do to make your self stand out in such a huge game like RS. Hence the reason people put so much time/effort into untrimmed slayer capes. And also the reason accounts have already been made, aiming for untrimmed summoning.

Yep I know, its painfull when you apear in lumby, look in your invy and dont see a whip in there. I think that with the ge, it should just be done on mid values, that would make it much better imo. And reduce the losses you suffer. Although...it does keep us on our toes :ohnoes:
