I love my cannon, and I use it alot when slaying. It really does speed up the tasks, while giving that extra boost in ranged exp thats always nice.

Yep, thats wrong. Its 15 hours in combat, walking around in guthans will not cause it to degrade, and this is true for all barrows sets. Also I think a month is a long time, when I was using guthans (pre bunnyip) I was recharging more often that that, although it depends how much you play and how much you need to heal.

Dont look to get a 99 when your only at level 50's. Make a 99 a long term goal. Also your not going to get fletching or cooking with 10k, and i find it hard to believe youll be able to make money quickly if your only at 10k. Why not try a collector skill, such as woodcutting or fishing, to give a nice constant profit, this may also result in you getting a 99, as well as the supplys for another for free.

I personally enjoy dust devils, steel dragons and black demons. The dusties task I find relaxing, and the nigling thought of getting a chain is a great insentive for me. The steel dragons (when assigned in smallish numbers i hasten to add) have some great loot, and i just find that i enjoy them. Not 100% on the reasoning. Black demon tasks, I always kill them in the chaos tunnels with prayer, and i find this task fast and enjoyable, with the drops and the charms making it a great task for me. My most hated task must be hellhounds, killing them with only the odd clue scroll drop to get you through 160 of them is almost soul destroying for me. As i dont much like clue hunting this is by far my most disliked task.

It has uses. Therefore, it is not by definition, a useless skill.

I would advise rock lobs. The charms easily make up for the slightly slower exp. I dont know who told you to burst tzharr monsters tho...just dont.

Number of usefull items that can be sold in bulk (not armour ect) divided by the numbers of players who would all want to try this = A massive amount of shops, all selling the same crap that you can just buy from the GE quicker. Useless. No support.

Guthans spear has always protected over the other items in the set, and this is what makes it the most expensive item in the set. If you set it to GE prices they would change too often, and it would be confusing to keep track of what you will loose. Whereas now, i know that i can expect to loose my spear if i die in guthans.

...You dont have to buy one. And the price is crashing anyway, so that wont be a factor.
