I am about to obtain 60 ranged, and I want to get it MUCH higher than that. I probably will train it until it is about the same level as my Melee skills are (around 75-80ish) So I want to know if I should buy a Dark Bow for ranged training. My friend told me the Dark Bow is similar to Dragon Claws, good for pking, bad for training. Is this true?

Personally, if I had the money I'd either get Bandos + Whip or Barrows + Any sweet GS, SGS maybe? It's all up to you, these people can only help you make your decision, you need to make decisions yourself.

I'd say 80 combat and the ability to Protect from Ranged attacks at a minimum. I think Ranged is the best way to take this guy down as he teleports all the time I'm not sure. I almost died when I did it at 95 combat, but then again I didnt bring much food.

I plan on saving 300 getting the helmet then buying exp from then on... I don't use ranged or magic so I dont really need the slayer dart/broad bolt things :P

OK so me and my friend are arguing about this. After the Smoking Kills quest, you are entitled to Slayer Rewards. Do you get Slayer Points ever 4,8,10,12,16 and so on rewards? (Multiples of 4, plus the 10 and 50) Or do you just get the Points every 4 10 and 50? And also, can you use say Vanakka then switch to Summona for a task that will give you rewards to get 12 rewards from Summona or will you get the 4 points from Vanakka?

85 mining is the fastest way to make money in the game, p2p or f2p. You can EASILY get a mil an hour, and thats in the wildy mine...

OK so I really need to get this quest done for the Slayer rewards, but the boss battle scares me. I am afraid of having to pray range and die from the hard-hitting magic attacks of the crazy [wagon] banshee thing. So I plan on going in with a super set, prayer pot and sharks, but I need to know if I should use my melee set up or range setup. My levels are: Attack: 75, Strength: 79, Defence: 75, HP: 77, Prayer: 52, Ranged: 57, Summoning: 31 How should I approach this boss battle? Am I over-thinking this and I would be fine meleeing? or would the magic attacks hit me too hard? EDIT: Forgot to add my setups, Melee: Helm of Neitiznot, Torags Body, Torags Legs, Dragon boots, Abby Whip, Rune Defender Ranged: Blue D'Hide set

I plan on getting 99 slayer using barrows. Also, apparently higher smithing level = cheaper repairs, so I plan on getting a few smithing levels on cballs to make some money back

Edgeville dungeon is ok, mine the addys there and world hop.

I have a few questions: 1. I have 32 construction, I need 55 and I have 2.7m to spend. What is the fastest way I can achieve this goal? 2. I need 55 to repair my barrows armour cheaper than normal, but I dont know how to add rooms. How do I add rooms to my house? 3. Do I get construction exp for making tele tabs?

You could also try ankous, you can fly fish at the river in barb village and then when you fill up go back. Ankous are not crowded in F2P, and the drops are pretty good.

OK it sounds I completely need to change my gear here :S I have a helm of Neitiznot, rune plate, dragon legs and boots, rune defender, dragon scimmy and 5.1m cash. What is a good setup for me?

Are there any good free chest plates I can use at 75 defence? I was saving up for a d chain but I think I might just go straight for a ss...

Is this helping me out or hurting me? Also, should I buy and use B2P tabs or would that just hurt me?

Get access to Hero's Guild, a crapload of ess and around 5 glorys. Run to the abyss, exit through nature rift, craft nats, tele back to edgeville, repeat. I made a lot of money doing that, but I was crafting laws, not nats.

For melee weaponry: you should include a rune warhammer. It does the most damage against full rune, therefore it is the best F2P pking weapon.

I still don't see how spending a wad of cash and getting 13m exp in a skill like cooking or fletching is nooby... I'm not defending it, my highest skill is an 81 lol, but I respect people with cooking and fletching capes... Obviously if someone has a slayer cape beside them they are noobs :P but still, 99 in any skill is a great achievement

Maybe not so much important about prayer but important for pkers. It is based on prayer so It is important about prayer >.>

I don't know if anyone else has figured this out, or maybe it is completely wrong, but I think I may have found something important out about prayer. Doing Monkey Madness, I teleported into the place with blue d'hide and protect from magic on. The demon's magic never hit me, obviously. But, I took off my prayer to save some, and he still could not hit me. When I went to turn it back on, I accidentally clicked Protect from Ranged attacks, and he started hitting high 20s on me. Maybe, if you are using say Protect from Melee, you are more likely to be damaged by magic and ranged? Or maybe this was just a coincidence...

I currently have 5 summoning, and I want the ability to summon the Spirit Terrorbird pretty badly. What is the fastest way to gain summoning levels? Thanks.
