well in my time of playing (3 years and some odd months) i have never got a 99 but i have quit over 1 year of it but one thing i enjoy about the game now is pking so just find something u like and just dont overdo it to a part where ull get board

when you do this get in his mind in a way that will make him think and another tip is if you skate and you get jumped dont hit them in the face, also if your out of school and he hits you a good trick is if he's running at you turn around sharply and crack him in the face because even if you cant hit that good your force + his running force = alot more powerful punch i hope i was able to help :)

jus to let you know you said bandos boots stats are weaker then dragon boots, this is not true, the only lower stat is def the slash, stab, crush, and prayer are higher... but the str on d boots are +3 and the str on bandos boots are 0's

Much to slow. im lookin for upwards of 80k exp an hour. i Dont really care about loosing money as long as its not more than 25mil - ish. Im pretty sure enchanting D Bolts is going to cost me 25mil more or less. mabye use the spell tht strings ammys i heard it is around 125k-150k an hour and it is semi-afkable
