Go to the Grand Exchange and sell the leather boots for minimum price which is 15, but you can also sell them for 16 or 17 which is market and maximum price. many people buy them, you can atleast make 15k per hour. If the boots don't sell then too bad for you but most of the time they do sell or atleast for me. out of my four hours of doing that (my level 4 range/mage hybrid-I R4nger I-all of my boots have been sold. sometimes it may take a minute or two for them to sell but keep repeating, you usually make 80-100 gp per trip, each trip is about 1.1-1.2 minutes long so it's fast money for noobs.
