For making Rs videos on Yt, what is the best, free, and safe recording tool?

Well I just recently got 55 slayer so I'd liek to try Barrows for the first time. Attack: 76 Strength: 86 Defence: 76 Hp: 80 Magic: 72 Ranged: 58.... I'd like to spend a maximum of 1m-1.5m for setup. Could anyone give me advice or link to me a guide thats not out-dated?

A way to get back to Crandor, since you can't take another boat, is go down into the Karamja Volcano. You know those Red Spiders? North of them is a wall you can use to be put near Elvarg's Lair. Open the wall, keep going north, and climb up the rope. You'll theb be on Crandor.

Change the word hack into stolen. Make sure all is Capitilise, you spaced correct, spelled correctly, made it "an" instead of "a" when the next word starts with a vowel, etc. And just to clear up, im pretty sure that putting your account was stolen puts your account into lock mode and you have to do something to unlock it. So don't just use my account was stolen as an excuse.

F2P can never get Greens. Why? The price will slump due to surplus amount which will affect Crafters which will affect rangers due to Green D'hide armor. What is with all all these wannabe mods? There is a SMALL difference between leaving your character logged in while you sleep and trying to find a training method that reduces the ammount of clicking because either way it isn't fair to people who do it the normal way.
