Yeah, what I'm saying is that the owner can equip rings to allow him to win everytime. Yes, but the question is whether or not the rings actually affect the result. I don't know the answer to this. We'd need someone to test-drive it and see what the results are first. Anyone have 99 Dungeoneering? :P I'll go on and check whether or not it changes with rings EDIT - The emote DOES change if you have a specific ring on (Seers for mage, warrior for warrior etc) Thank you. :) Well, then you can pretty easily scam people with that. The owner of the game I see is making insane money. :/

I seem to think that it is the bonus, because a chaotic staff with do a melee emote due to the fact that its melee bonuses are higher than its mage.

Yes, but I'm wondering if you can rig it by wearing rings to dictate the outcome?

I saw someone at the GE today playing the "dungeoneering cape game". The emote randomly turns you into a mage, melee, or range form if you have no attack bonuses. So I wondered if you put of a ring (berserker/archer/seers) to give you bonuses in that attack skill so that the better never gets it right. Is this possible? He also wouldn't know that you're doing this becuase you can't see equiped rings. Any thoughts?

I just did this quest yesterday. If you pray range he won't hit you, but if you don't pray range he will, and he seemed to hit pretty hard. It may still be possible without 40 prayer though. If you get around 60 magic and range and just skip the melee part then the spells and range seemed to hit very high on him. with brews and recoils I would say it's possible.

I personally don't like the mage training arena. It' slow and bores me. There are better methods (for example superheating) that are much better. So in my opinion don't use the MTA.

I find cleaning herbs to be quite good. Use this to see which herbs give the best gp/xp. http://spreadsheets.google.com/pub?key=tix0mH-83pgzsARJj6D9vvA&output=html When you find which herb is the best buy 1 grimy from the GE. Clean it. Sell it back (Use median price for both buying and selling) and if you make money buy more. I only buy 1k or so at a time because the price changes fast and you may lose money.

If you want the longest trip possible start with a tort full of supplies and when they run out switch to a bunyip.

If you are the mage, you enter first and attack rex. You lure him to the safespot and kill him. Just lure him right when he spawns everytime. Watching some videos might help you to get the hang of it. When you enter be sure to pray protect from magic! And on your first trip try to bring an experienced friend to help teach you. Mtk and farming are going to be surefire profit and should be around 1m a day if you check herbs 3 or 4 times a day. So all you have to do is play for 20 minutes a day and check your herbs for 1m a day.

I'd say blogscape. But try to make it more interesting by posting goals/stats/pictures/etc.

I would pick a main. They can basically can do every aspect of the game. On a pure account you can't monsterhunt because of the low defense. And monsterhunting is one of my favorite things to do. So I'd pick a main.

Why Soul wars cape? It has a +12 prayer bonus which helps to piety tasks.

Charging air orbs is good. Maging blue dragons and banking the hides and bones makes quite a profit, especially with the high price of bones at the moment.
