Othelia - not the closest friend but definitely someone i enjoyed talking to Aqua Raptor - Once again not terribly close friends but he was always very kind and had amazing ideas in the suggestions thread of RSOF.

I have been thinking, I need a new way to make money, you guys say I should have some 80's, and I hear RC isnt too bad to lvl. I need the runes cause I mage alot, and I hear alot of the high ranked used it to make money. Anyone think this is a good idea or have any tips on RCing or just making money? (I usually make and alch yew longs from scratch)

I think the release of summoning will give us a good idea of how new item prices will behave (especially on the GE) BTW sry about the double post. I'm posting from a PSP (not easy) I think it took almost an hour to write all this (imagine texting with a phone only 20 times slower) then I find out theres a character limit on this stupid thing

I havent heard anything about this new team? Sounds great though. I have never really liked the GE. I use it cause you have to if you want to buy/sell anything now, but it always leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I dont like the idea of being told 'You must sell here for X ammount, you cannot be greedy (or generous), your profit/losses are limited to X GP per hour ect. ect' Mabey I'm just a pessimist, but the future of trading looks bleak unless something gets done. This new team just might work.

I'd go with an ancients staff. Thats always been a dream of mine :thumbsup: Ring of chaos (u) would be nice but everyone already said that. Summoning skill cape (assuming that means I can use summoning to its fullest) even though its not technically an item yet :mrgreen:

+1 exactly what i was gonna say <_< I totally agree. And Jagex has pretty much promised summoning will be amazing. I'm not worried at all. But riots are fun...

Thanks sworddude, for the farming tips and defending my low total. But I appreciate the criticism too, motivation to work harder. I would have much higher construction, lvl 99 if I could afford it. But I ran out of money, lol. Definatly one of my favorite skills though. I can explain my low hunter level, kinda. I got to lvl 15 in the first day it was released, but I stopped playing a few days after that. I just recently started again and hadn't got around to lvling it. And it always seemed kinda pointless, no really good rewards. But now I know what to work on. Thanks again for the tips and what not :mrgreen:

I was pretty exited when I got to 1300 total lvl yesterday. I'm curious to see how my stats compare to others? Do you think I spent time training useful stats? Or do I have a pretty average set of stats for my combat level?

I don't have a pic but I was doing a lvl 2 Scroll from dagannoths. I ended up having to buy a set of green d'hide chaps for one of those Uri clues, they are alot of fun. Then I got my reward, an addy pic a fire battlestaff and a set of green d'hide chaps!

I got from around 37 con to 50 in an after noon making oak larders but it cost me almost 500k in plank fees. It was totally worth it though. Having an alter and demon butler is sweet :thumbsup:

I havent noticed a drop in price? ATM in US theres no one playing. Thats the only way I can explain it. I sure hope its not dropping. All my money grows on thoes yew trees :shock:
