Hello DeTroX and welcome to the forums :) It seems that we do indeed have the Vecna Skull in the items database. It isn't showing up in Tip.It's Grand Exchange at the moment for some reason. I am making an app for my samsung phone. I have an image that appears for one second and then a menu appears and stops there until I click on an option. However, when I put the swf file on my phone it will play, but it doesn't stop after 1 second. It goes to the menu and then it loops from the start again. I do have a stop function just after the second is up. While it doesn't work properly on my phone, it will work on Adobe Device Central CS4. I am using ActionScript 2 and Flash lite 3.0 Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?

Sure ip banning might help to stop it, but could the botters just get a different ip address? (Granted I'm not 100% sure how you are assigned an ip address, but I'm assuming it probably isn't that hard to get a new one?)

I think they stopped ip-bans because of dynamic ips and because of internet cafes or public places etc and there are sometimes more than person playing runescape using the same ip address.

The reason they are waiting is because of the dollar - Canadian dollar exchange isn't all that good. So they are waiting until the price is better so it doesn't cost them as much.

For your second idea, do you mean a page like our Quest Experience Guide and at the end of the guide there is a Miscellaneous Quest Exp. section that shows you the level requirement?
