I know this isn't what you asked for but if you press the Home key on your keyboard, it will bring you back to the top of the page (and the End key will bring you do the bottom).

The main site is working grand for me. Have you tried to load http://tip.it/runescape with a different browser? No, if the forum goes down the site can stay working and vice versa.

Why is it that until the fremennik warriors were stationed around the Dungeoneering island it was just an ocean there and not an island? Why is it there is still black areas of the map where no one can walk to until Jagex releases it and then people act like it's always been there?
