Ok granted but the one that I reported it to was based and Ireland and they say; So whoever/whatever your reporting it to may be able to pass it onto the appropriate people.

I'm curious about this. Would you know what to do if you say found some child pornographic materials on the street or in your house or say even if I or someone else on this forum (or any forum) posted some? What would you do? I know the answer is your meant to report it. I unfortunately came across some yesterday :( I know I was to report it and I did but the thing was I wasn't too sure where or who to go to. I googled "report child porn" and I got a list of sites. I thought ok cool now I can report it and be done with that. But I was wrong. It took me like five or ten minutes to actually find a place to report child porn and that was on a totally different site to what went first (I did bookmark that page but hopefully I will never need to do it again). My point is I consider myself fairly familiar with the internet and the does and don'ts and know what to do in certain situations but it's one thing to know what to do in theory but putting that into practise can be hard. After that incident I got thinking "do I really know what to do?" So now I am/going to read some sites that give out information on what to do and what not to do in certain situations. My question to you is: Can you put your hand over your heart and tell me you know what to do? I'm asking this because that incident that happened to me kind of opened up my eyes, and nowadays you do need to know where you can go for help with stuff like this and the other problems there is. In my honest opinion I would not be at all surprised if there is someone reading this post and is one of them people who distribute child porn (or one of the other problems on the internet). Am I being too far fetched? I don't think I am That's why Runescape has the rule against asking for boy/girlfriends. So as I said above I would not be at all surprised if one of them is reading this post or is on tip.it forums or visit the site or even any of the fansites. I just hope that when/if it happens to you (hopefully it never will), you will know what to do. So stay safe and be wise. I was mainly talking about child porn on the internet there, but it can happen anywhere, so it would be wise to know who you can go to in Real life to report it or at least talk about, whether it be the police or your parents or an older brother or sister. And know what to do if you think there is something illegal going on as well. Don't be afraid to report something or think someone else will because there is a chance they won't.

I have already started to write out what I want to say to her but I could have it all written out and it don't matter what I do up till that point. It's the second/minute before I press send is the truly the hardest part for me.

Yea figured as much. I guess that means another while debating it with myself. I want to tell her but at the same time I don't want to tell her. Earlier today I started to write down what I was wanting to say but a minute into writing it I folded it up and threw it in the bin :( But yesterday when I said I missed her and if she hadn't noticed I loved her she asked did I mean it in a friendship way. I wanted to say no it was a lot more then that but I just couldn't. I'll most likely end up thinking about this tonight and probably all day tomorrow and probably start writing down what I want to say as well once or twice. I just want to scream.

Sure better for me, but what about her? The last thing I want to do is make it awkward between us.

I don't want anything to change, the friendship we have is perfect, if I say this(or even hint it) to her it will change things. There's are some more but I would prefer not to share it here.

No. It didn't begin that way. She is my penpal. We started writing to each other a little over three years ago. Then we got talking over E-mails and MSN etc. She was here to visit me over the weekend (a weekend I will NEVER forget). It wasn't until last night (she left yesterday afternoon/evening) that I realised how much I do care for her and will miss her. In a (very)small way I do kinda of wish she never came over to visit me now. Nope there is other reasons...
