In my opinion, if you already have arma, just keep it, but void range is pretty helpful in some places. Its all up to what you do tbh.

You don't really need it, but it heals poison for the cost of some pray points(forgot how many). You can substitute it with another monk or anti.

Armoured zombies, dragons, aberrant spectres, gargoyles are good blue charm droppers. But I'd stick with using crims and golds for training till 79, then start using your blues+greens 79+.

Drop mine iron at Rimmington, or Al Kharid.

1-2 Antipoisons, the prayer book you get from that one quest, Great Brain Robbery I think and the rest monkfish. I think thats pretty much it.

I'm not entirely sure, but I think world 44 is the soul wars world.
